Staff was nice, place was clean and conveniently located.

The room cleaning service was at like 8:30AM.. which is unrealistically early for people who are staying there, not checking out. They also shut down breakfast at 9am on the dot even if you’re grabbing food.

We enjoyed the peacefulness, being close to the highway, we could barely hear the outside. The hotel guests we encountered during breakfast, were very kind. The hotel staff were very friendly and looked and carried themselves so professionally. Overall this was such a great experience. My partner and I will definitely plan another stay at these (Comfort Inn) hotels.

I wish the room refrigerator was stocked with light refreshments: water, juice, crackers or peanuts. Just something for that late night snack. Also, maybe better hotel toiletries in the bathroom…That’s an important one.

Everything. The staff was good, breakfast was great for my daughter. Elevator worked well. Room was good for us. Close to store, gas and food. I would definitely stay here again. It completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was amazing! Housekeeper that cleaned my room, did a nice job. Thank you to everyone there. Of and the coffee, tea and hot water in the lobby was a bonus!

Pool has been down for several months.😳😢😔no swimming on our vacation! Bummers! Next time, I will check before I book.

We were there for church convention and was impressed with shopping and restaurants within a ten minute drive. Not to mention close to downtown Atlanta.

There was one concern about leaving the facility with four lanes of traffic to cross, however after the rush hour the traffic slowed down. Also some of the rooms phones did not work properly. Also the heating system was not good in one room but was move to another room quickly.

The room (king, 3rd floor, across from elevatot) was huge! Beautiful & clean. Microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker were included, as was a tub with 4 jets [tempting, but I did not partake]. Pool was closed as covid surges, but it appeared there might be a hot breakfast... I overslept do didn't partake of that either! Hotel is squeezed in next to freeway so entry/exit can get tricky.

Room was large, clean & recently updated. They were noticeable conveniences for business travel- desk & office chair as well as an easy chair. Good lighting, outlets & usb ports. Comfortable bed & nice bedding..had microwave & fridge but no freezer. Decent options for breakfast & nice lobby..staff were efficient & pleasant

Pricey for what it was but that may be the area/season. Zero soundproofing. Could hear every time someone opened a door & kids giggling in adjoining room.

Close to the interstate and reasonably priced.

A pubic hair was on the tub and there was some sticky red stuff by the tub. Wax?
