I must say compare to last stay at hotel this was by far the best. Not only suebto location but the cleanliness the breakfast buffet the staff I have to mention the hospitality to the concerige Dev the manager on duty Deeb and a 10 star For Tracey she was the cook for belrekfast what a clean and oleasney person always with a smile asking if everyone neeed anything she went above and beyond with us. Thank you all especially Tracey since I had more interactions with her she really made my mornings thank you. This is the type of staff you want at your hotel. Great job all!!!

I liked everything no complaints. Maybe one but I mention to manager and he did say he does try to stay kids in first floor I had a upstairs kids bouncing balls until 12 to 1 in morning. But I didn’t stress it.

Everything was great until breakfast. Buffet Breakfast is posted till 10am. However, at 9:15am, a family was serving themselves eggs and sausages. The lady in charge told them not to serve themselves too much as there were more guests and she was NOT going to cook anymore food. She told them to be “considerate” of the other guests coming later…! ??? I could possibly understand this at 9:55 am… But not with 45 minutes still to go! Very lazy and poor customer service. I mentioned this to the manager at checkout.

Even though this hotel was not right in the middle of everything, I was fine with it. I chose this hotel partially for that reason. The breakfast was good, they ran out of muffins on the last day, but there were a lot of people staying at the hotel.

I put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned. I gathered up all of the towels and trash to be collected. Came back from a very long day and the room had not been cleaned. So I had to go down and get towels from the very nice man at the front desk. Next day I put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned and again, the room was not cleaned.

no breakfast available. was given a bag of oatmeal bars and orange juice. nice - saved for snacks.

the price. i'm sorry but 189.99 a night for the room was ridiculous! no discounts - seniors, aaa, arp, etc. we stayed 4 nights and with taxes the bill was almost 700.00 ~ definitely not worth that!

The hotel was a great location for what we were there for. We did the Vampire Diaries Tour and we were so close to everything we wanted to see!

The only thing I will say that we didn't like is that the downstairs lounge area closed at 9. We were just sitting down there playing cards at a table and we were told to leave the area because it was closed. There are literally only 4 of us and we needed a 4 sided table to play and we weren't being loud or disruptive what so ever.

We came in for the Vampire Diaries tour. The women that checked us in Martha was very helpful. Since she is a fan of the show she gave us a paper with places that the tour doesn't take you, this was very helpful. She actually went out of her way to right all these places down and give them to guest who came in for the tour, I thought this was so kind. I have several friends who are coming to Covington and will recommend your hotel to stay. She is a definite asset to the place.

Bed was comfortable. Room smelled good. Staff was prompt to check us in and very friendly. Good breakfast selection. Have stayed here a handful of times bc it is a convenient location to town square. Would stay here again.

Noticed handprint on the bathroom mirror immediately upon arrival into room, which tells me housekeeping didn't clean it. Very dirty residue on the entrance door. Not sure if it was wiped down and left a white filmy residue.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. We did not run into any troubles checking in or getting help from the front desk. We got our room cleaned with new towel each day and just truly loved the size and space we had in the room. The room felt very clean and we felt very safe at this hotel. We will most definitely stay here again when in the Covington area.

Honestly I have no complaints. Everything was great, the stay, safety, helpfulness and location. This hotel was the perfect distance from town and easy to access.

Breakfast was a great addition although could’ve been extended an additional hour and had one or two additional options. At the front desk, the young lady that initially checked us in “Steph” had a HORRIBLE attitude problem and mumbled under her breath that my baby and I “stank”. She worked the 4pm to midnight shift. The woman in the morning 7am to 4pm and Anita who worked there after 4pm to midnight were exceptional, courteous, and definitely greeted me and my family with that southern hospitality you hear about up here in the north.

The staff was lovely and friendly the lady was training someone else and she was approachable and put us on the bottom floor with kids which gave me peace of mind that they would disturb people below us which made my stay more enjoyable and stress free. Location was great for what I needed and The room was clean also.

The pool wasn’t open due to covid and there was no breakfast I’m assuming again due to covid so we only could get pre packed bags I think had I known these things before booking I would of maybe looked elsewhere. The price paid was for what I was expecting but wasn’t informed ahead of time of these things so for the price paid it wasn’t worth it.
