It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. No one was very loud or disruptive. Lighting was working in the building. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and kept up with.

The lights in the room were very dull, and one light I could figure out how to turn it on. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. Don't know what it would be like as a bed. Had 2 TVs one didn't work.

Love the location, its close to everything. You need, lots of restaurants, walmart, the horsepark. My room was clean and comfortable. First room smelt smokie front desk moved us to a better room without hesitation. They have a strict no smoking in room policy but some folks still try to break it. Parking was adequate though the spots might seem small it fit my sentra easily. Never had to fight for a spot. Definitely will go back.

Breakfast was available but a bit of a hit or miss. One day had sufficient food the next day not so much due to staffing issues. I did like the pumpkin spice waffle option.

Breakfast area was always clean and well stocked with a variety of options for breakfast, staff was very courteous and always on hand to assist should ever the need arise. The room was quite comfortable and Lesley at the front desk was most helpful with handling requests to extend our stay and with suggestions for things to do in the area.

The reviews I have seen do NOT do this hotel justice! We had an amazing room and Brandy was the sweetest hostess! The room was big, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was also great and the OJ was the best I had in a long time for a continental breakfast! The staff did go above and beyond for us. We came in early am, and Brandy was so kind. offered us a late check out and we did get an upgraded room! She was amazing and so is this hotel!

There was nothing I didn’t like. Great stay!

Convenient location, free parking, friendly staff

We kept having to get the room keys reprogrammed, and the back door didn't always work. We kept having to walk around the building to get inside. Front desk is aware of the issue, but apparently, nothing is being done to get it fixed.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, wonderful variety with hot foods too. Was clean.

Key cards quit working a couple times. Toilet stopped working, front desk said it would be the next day to fix it, that we could use the one in lobby. We were on 5th floor.

Everything was fine, breakfast was delicious. Visitors were nice. Great smoking areas. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Check in and out was easy

There wasn't anything not to like. Everything was fine. Great weekend stay

Well, I didn't like when we got to the room in the bathroom had a pair of women dirty underwear thrown across the show curtain and the room was very hot, the staff had to reset the A/C in order to get cold. I was not happy about walking in finding none of that. Not enough covers in the room, their excuse was short on staff and the elevator was very slow, tv to small.

I love the breakfast. Ashley was so very kind and dedicated to her job. She made me and my family feel very welcomed and she was willing to get anything we needed for our meal.

I didn't like the fact that we didn't get the room we expected for 4 adults and 1 child. We had to downgrade because they didn't have anymore rooms to accommodate us... Even though we had reservations for weeks.
