The staff of this hotel are wonderful and always helpful. My grandson has a game system that requires strong wifi. When we encountered a problem the manager himself went out of the way to help my grandson get that system up and running. I feel sure no other manager would have really had the time to do what this man did. This is just a great staff, great hotel, quiet, clean, and I will definitely stay there again.

Accessible shower did not have a sturdy shower chair, soap dish holder, or long hand-held shower. It also needed a place to sit when you get out of shower. If you only had one leg you wouldn't be able to use it without help. Towel hangers was too high. Front desk was going to submit this to the owner who HAS BEED RENOVATING THE HOTEL. He's doing a good job.

Good price and good location. Staff was great and breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed in room 115. The room was fine. The plug in on top of the clock didn’t work so phone didn’t get charged. The bathroom was not so great. Tub was disgusting and toilet was so low it was like sitting on a toadstool and seat didn’t fit the toilet. Both tub and toilet needed to be replaced.

Breakfast was ok. Area kept clean and was well stocked. Most of the basic items most places carry for breakfast. Loved the beds, so comfortable.

Our 1st room there was no heat. It was suppose to be down around 30 the next morning. Told the lady at front desk and she took care of our problem immediately. Moved us to a room real close by. She had a great personality and asked if we needed anything else. Wish I had gotten her name so she could be recognized for her good service.

Your website stated pet allow $35.00 up to 2 dogs. This should state $35.00 for each dog. On arrival we where to a total of $100.00 ($50.00 each). Final after much discussion the price was honored at total of $70.00. This incident was very disappointing. The first booking.com rep that I spoke to said the hotel was no pets. When we finally got that straight, he sent an email to the hotel, the hotel said no email it had to be call. When I called back I was disconnected 4 time and told the you wee having communication problems. I could not get help your website for the same reason. This was not a good experience with

Rooms was nice and clean, beds comfy. Breakfast area (which is also main entrance lounge area) was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Only complaints was one of the lights flickered a lot.. but we just turned that off.. and there was a crack on the ceiling above the shower that needs repaired.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of good choices, protein (scrambled eggs and sausages) waffles, clementines, cereal, toast etc. Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size. Customer service and cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Good location, felt safe. Right of the interstate and next to gas station.

The breakfast bar was great. Super clean areas to eat in. Staff worked the breakfast bar well. The staff were super friendly and respectful. Parking was great

I noticed some dirt behind the beds when plugging up my daughter’s bi pap machine.

Shower curtain was at least 3 inches too short and too lightweight to keep the water from going all over to keep from flooding the floor. We had room number 215. We told the front desk. Please stop using stryofoam, doesn't break down.

Clean, affordable, and conveniently located near highway. Quaint and historic town of Darien provided great scenery and restaurant on the water nearby. Enjoyed our brief stay while heading down to FL from NC. Good half-way stop!

Nothing of great significance. Desk clerks varied in Customer service skills while communicating with guests. Could have been a bit more friendly, but as stated previously, no unpleasant interchange. Just a bit abrupt.
