Thays a very nice hotel I have stayed numerous times. And it's a great staff. These people could have charged me 186.00 for my booking. I unfortunately woke up super sick Saturday and couldn't make my trip. I emailed them explaining that I was really sorry , that I had came down with a stomach virus before I was supposed to go . These folks didn't charge me the fee. Not even a cancelation fee. I assure you, if I had been anywhere else. I would have had to pay I have alot of respect for this hotel. And I will be staying there EVERY time I travel to dawsonville now. Amazing management and crew as I have indicated above. This hotel is always amazingly clean, and they go put of their way to make the guess feel at home. And they actually care about people and their health. And the fact that they care about your health over a dollar speaks volumes.

There isn't anything I don't like. This is an awesome hotel. And I couldn't be happier

The breakfast in the morning was so good! Lots of choices to pick from! The bedding was comfortable and I really loved the full size shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The hair dryer actually was a good one and could dry hair!

The only thing I didn’t like was they kept it VERY hot in the hallways and lobby. When you get breakfast it was also very hot. I heard a housekeeper say they kept it at 78 degrees. :(

Very new, clean, modern, good location. We got off to a little bit of a rocky start, but the GM more than made up for it. He actually knew my name as I approached the desk….impressive. We needed some help with a business matter, and he agreed to have a document sent to the hotel email so he could print it for us….so helpful. Breakfast was good, very clean area. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was fantastic! Not just your typical free continental with coffee and doughnuts, but anything and everything you could want in a breakfast. Far exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't a single negative with our stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff was great,especially Helle and Marleen. They went above and beyond to help us. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located to lots of resturaunts and the staff was the best. One of the best hotel stays we've had.

getting in and out of the highway is a little rough but other than that great place to stay

Breakfast was good. the coffee tasted like instant, which I don't like. It is close to restaurants. and shopping. Not too far to Dahlonega where we wanted to visit.

There was a stale mildew odor each time we returned to the room.

Booking is horrible hotel was fine Booking likes to take people's money and not give them a reservation. Do ot use booking!!!!!! Hotels give you the exact same rate if you just call them....usually cheaper !

Good choices. Nice eating area. Tv for morning news Allowed us an early check in (which we needed) even though they’d had a full house from two weddings.

Shower needs to be cleaned and seams redone. Like everywhere, they could use more help.
