It was very clean and comfortable. Also, parking was free for the stay. I was having surgery the next day, and the proximity of the hotel to the hospital was a definite plus.

I almost fell in the shower. The hospital required a shower immediately before coming to the hospital. There were no placements on the floor of the tub that would prevent slipping. There were lots of grab bars, which is why I didn't fall - i was able to catch myself using a grab bar, though it definitely wrenched my arms and back in the process. Also, it would be nice if you had a bar so a person staying there could have a drink before bed.

The breakfast was not so good. Eggs had no flavor. Bacon was undercooked. Potatoes were amazing. The cereal was expired in 2023 and there was no milk in the canteen. We left and went next door to the Waffle House.

The beds were way too firm. I couldn’t sleep because they made my back hurt. Your staff was the true highlight. Especially Jeffrey and Mukesh. They were so friendly and helpful. I gave an 8 because they were so awesome. Also I found the rooms really clean. Really it was mainly the beds that knocked me down from giving a 9

I liked the room. Nice breakfast. Quiet and relaxing.Thankful for the tech on the television and the lotion and hair products in the shower. It leveled up the value of what we were paying for regarding the room.

Airflow in the bathroom with the shower. It made me feel faint. I think the door needs to be open while the shower was on. I had no problem after that action was taken. Can the airflow be look into.

It was clean the location was great and Jeffrey was amazing!

It was all I could ask for. We didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast but we did enjoy the complimentary candy canes and the hot tea set up at the front desk.

We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly front desk attendant, who did everything in her power to get us an early chec in, which she did! 2 rooms for us before 12:30! We were headed to an all day music festival and wanted to unload and unpack before we left.The rooms were fresh and clean, and comfortable. The girls at breakfast were very courteous and the whole breakfast are was beautiful with such an amazing view. All in all, Everything was exceptional !

There was nothing that we didn't like....all was great!

Clean, friendly staff, reasonably good breakfast and we slept well.

Toilets are too low and in a tight space. Even my tiny spouse thought it was too tight a space. The heater didn’t work in the first room so we had to move.

Great location, was clean, comfortable and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Location was very close to nearby mall and a nice variety of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Had to kill several ants in my room. Some crawling on my bedside nightstand and one in the e bathroom and one on my ice bucket.

The ac was insufficient during the night. Sorry to be picky, but the grits and bacon at breakfast were really a disappointment.

The room was extremely spacious. A very quiet place to stay. I loved the dark out shades. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the gentleman in the breakfast room that helped us was so nice.

There was nothing there that I didn't like.
