This Best Western is in a good location with many stores and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to I-85. This hotel is very clean. This was important to me because many hotels I’ve been to in the past year or so are tidy, but not actually clean. Upon check-in, I always wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. At this hotel, my wipes were still clean after wiping everything down. Maid service comes through several times a week. There is always a professional, polite staff member at the front desk. The lobby always has self-serve coffee, tea, and ice water for guests. The fitness room is clean and all the equipment works. Breakfast begins at 6:30am, but later on weekends. It’s a typical hotel hot breakfast menu, but the sitting area is kept clean and the food kept stocked. I enjoyed my stay here! I recommend it and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area in the future.

I personally wish breakfast began at 6:00 am. I had to leave for work at 6:15ish on weekdays, so I missed out.

I stay in Atlanta frequently without planning and this time was no different. I chose this hotel because of the rating and they well deserve it. The staff was beyond friendly, the place is clean and well maintained, the room was really clean and well serviced. The building is not new, but it is clearly well maintained and kept. The location was a bit out side of town but well worth the drive. Any amenity you need is close by, shopping, dining, etc. Breakfast was hot, and fresh. All at a really great price. Just a really good, overall experience and I will stay again.

There was a little traffic noise in the early evening, but it is metro Atlanta, where is there a hotel that does not have any traffic noise?

The staff always had a smile and genuinely friendly. Good location to highway, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was adequate to begin the day. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Very pleased with the value.

Booking.com completely messed up my reservation and the Guest Service Employee went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was rectified or else I wouldn't have a room. I would like to thank Jonathan Bellanger for his patience in fixing the situation and follow through. Even though it was slightly more his smile care and concern made up for it.

Breakfast was good and hours of breakfast were perfect. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything. I also loved how small the hotel was, made parking and walking through the hotel pleasant.

I don't have much to complain about. The stay was great. Location was perfect, hotel was not too busy which I enjoyed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations ! The room was perfect , quiet and comfortable ! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of the staff . They were so kind and gracious and you could tell that customer service and satisfaction were their priority . We will most definitely use this hotel again when we visit family in the area . The breakfast was outstanding and run in a very organized manner . The staff worked hard to please.

Can’t find anything I did not like .

This is the only hotel I've been since Covid that has housekeeping every day. They made my bed and clean the bathroom and the room every day. Very much appreciated!! The staff was amazing and super kind!!

My room was in front of the reception, so I could hear everything, including people having breakfast.

Richard was extremely helpful and professional. He greeted me upon arrival and assisted me with a room transfer. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The constant hammering in the hallway until 9pm Thursday evening is the reason the experience was not a 10.

We stayed one night. The location is good, close to highway but quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room is small and plain but clean. The bed is very comfortable. Overall we are pleased to stay.

The breakfast should have more options.

The gentleman that was at the front desk was very nice (didn’t get the name though). Very clean hotel (hallway..room). Very good location, we always stay here whenever we visit Duluth.

Everything was on point. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Just keep it up.

They could do better providing more cart. I couldn't find a cart and have to carry my loads by hand to the third floor.
