Rooms were reasonable sized The hotel looked safe and clean The staff knew what they were doing and were courteous The appliances in the rooms worked well Checking in was very easy

I come from a place we have big breakfast but the breakfast here is much. I intend to stay for 3weeks plus but I don't think they is any inhouse benefits for long term booking. Like some places would offer you lower rates or some days free for long bookings There is no provision where people booked can read up on all the rules and hotel like cleaning, toiletries change, perks that come with the rooms etc. I had to ask every time I see someone doing something

Most of the staff was friendly except for a few.

The lady on 3rd shift wasn’t so friendly. My 2 year old son ended up getting sick in the bed I was sleeping in and puked everywhere from the bed to the bathroom. I called downstairs to see if I could get extra towels and rags since all were used by my kids and I getting a shower and clean sheets so I could sleep. She told me no that she couldn’t do that and hung up on me.

I really liked the location. And also the vibe of the staff and even the guests. Breakfast is good too. And then you have check out at 12:00 noon. I like all the rooms have a hide a bit in the sofa. And they allow dogs here!

Location could use a few updates. Only one elevator works. And if you try and take your breakfast to the room front desk and housekeeping may just chase you down

Ruth is a great worker. I love it when she is at work, great customer service.

Only hearing the loud sounds by some of the guest, but overall a great place.

Perfect location, never made it down for breakfast but my daughter did get me a cup coffee that was delicious, we we able to extend our trip and the laundry facility came in handy.

The pots and pans package wasn’t available so I had to go purchase those things

The staff was friendly and room was comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. They had oatmeal packs but no spoons. No stirrers for coffee and out of sugar. The granola bars were stale and so hard, you couldn't bite into them. No juice. Nothing else offered. Shouldn't be advertised as "Breakfast Included". Last, the vending machines steal your money. The food vending machine won't accept coins. And,, won't return the coins which you have already inserted. Also,, the food one, won't accept more than a dollar bill at a time. Then, it keeps the dollar bill if you don't want crackers (crackers r the only thing offered for a dollar). The vending machines have worked like this for, at least, a couple months....that I'm aware of.

Quiet room, clean and bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff was gracious and welcoming. I felt safe. Morning coffee exceeded my expectations for flavor and freshness, very nice.

I thought there was breakfast included; but maybe not at 6:15am? There was coffee, and it was excellent.

sad that the pool wasn't open yet but other then that it was great. Oh yeah my last day I had a roach in my room and my freezer didn't work

Clean, staff were always positively responsive to issue, it was easy to book, check-in and stay, and it is close to transport hubs and shopping hubs

Breakfast was below average, rules aren't fully upfront to new arrivals

BLESSINGS, overall everything was in order...

Bathroom sink needs come up to NEW standards about 36-38 inches...
