Most of the staff was friendly except for a few.

The lady on 3rd shift wasn’t so friendly. My 2 year old son ended up getting sick in the bed I was sleeping in and puked everywhere from the bed to the bathroom. I called downstairs to see if I could get extra towels and rags since all were used by my kids and I getting a shower and clean sheets so I could sleep. She told me no that she couldn’t do that and hung up on me.

The staff was friendly and room was comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. They had oatmeal packs but no spoons. No stirrers for coffee and out of sugar. The granola bars were stale and so hard, you couldn't bite into them. No juice. Nothing else offered. Shouldn't be advertised as "Breakfast Included". Last, the vending machines steal your money. The food vending machine won't accept coins. And,, won't return the coins which you have already inserted. Also,, the food one, won't accept more than a dollar bill at a time. Then, it keeps the dollar bill if you don't want crackers (crackers r the only thing offered for a dollar). The vending machines have worked like this for, at least, a couple months....that I'm aware of.

Perfect location, never made it down for breakfast but my daughter did get me a cup coffee that was delicious, we we able to extend our trip and the laundry facility came in handy.

The pots and pans package wasn’t available so I had to go purchase those things

Quiet room, clean and bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff was gracious and welcoming. I felt safe. Morning coffee exceeded my expectations for flavor and freshness, very nice.

I thought there was breakfast included; but maybe not at 6:15am? There was coffee, and it was excellent.

Great location

The elevators needs maintenance, I had to send a prayer up every time I rode it , the noises it made had me scared for dear life , please fix it! Also I didn’t like the fact that I had to carry all of my luggage up after check in and also during check out, back-and-forth back-and-forth, they couldn’t find the cart, and apparently there’s only one cart throughout the whole hotel..

That the workers were very courteous and helpful especially Randy,the facility was clean and well lit. No safety issues

The staff was wonderful. My husband left his phone at the desk and they tracked him down to return it. We had just checked in, it was very busy and they figured out it was his. By time we left they knew all our names and created us by name. It was very nice

The breakfast was the same thing every day. Maybe add some fresh fruit change it up a little. Check the tub, it is very slippery.

The atmosphere and the room was wonderful and the bed was sooo comfortable. The staff was great and made sure I was always taken care of

I liked the spacious room, the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The customer service was great too.

I wish they had more luggage carts when you check-in because we had to wait for one for awhile. Also, I wish I could have stayed longer. Was only there for one night.

I had a few back pay for the room and when I got here they were booked an u guys took $102.00 from my card an im still waiting on my refund is been like 3 weeks
