The space was nice and open, the resturant dinning was really good and it offered a lounge feeling with music. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was real cooked food and not heated package items that some establishment offer. Plenty of parking available and right off the highway exit. A very great pick! For the amenities the price of the two rooms was very impressive. Would definitely stay again.

WOW! I had no issues with anything related to the hotel! Hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, staff was helpful and friendly. Grounds were up kept. The room was a nice size. Bathroom door was very wide for handicap accessibility. Good free tv channel options. I really LOVED that you have to use your room key to use the elevator or stairs. Location was around anything and everything you want to do...food, convenience stores, activities, walking, etc.

The parking...but that's to be expected. The biggest issue was when other guest would leave their room, they would let the room door slam shut!! Be mindful of the other guest around you as they might be able to hear the door slamming early/late.

Huge, comfy bed

My hair conditioner was empty when I went to shower in the early morning. Inconvenient. Smelled marijuana between 5:30-6 am and I had a non smoking room. I heard conversation from another room or out in the hallway past 9 pm. Looked everywhere for a Bible. None found. We are Gideon's supporters.

the staff was nice and the bed was very big was huge and for me and my wife the location is great and the view we had was amazing we were on the 14th floor .

the thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the tv didn’t have a gaming option for me I think they should get that going I’m a gamer sorry and I would like to play online and stuff with my friends after I get back to the room and watch movies with my wife the wifi was a little spiky at times but overall things were ok.

Excellent staff, super comfy bed! When I expressed a concern with the room, they went above and beyond to resolve it. Overall good experience.

My first room had what may have been coffee stains all over the curtains, but they moved me to a room with a balcony (which may be considered an upgrade), and offered me complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated.

The rooms and common areas were clean and orderly. It felt safe. We got in late but check in was still friendly and happy to assist us. The elevator requires a room key. Beds were very comfortable and the room was just what we needed after a long couple of days of travel.

Honestly I have no complaints.

Clean, great water pressure, lots of different areas to explore, an all-in-one place. Our absolute favorite aspect was the staff! They were all kind, friendly, and helpful. Daisy, Willie, Barbara, Reham, Gene, Tapan, and Skip… thank you! You were all memorable and wonderful. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. And we also loved the other customers, everyone we met was lovely.

It takes getting used to needing your key card for the elevator, but it’s not a big deal.

Needed top floor.penthouse.was a wait list.waited 5 hrs for my money to show from outta town and made reservation for my birthday 1week pror.ask for flowers and champagne for my Girls and man to vifor a beautiful pool day.4 days then plush a wee bit more time to go back to work for most.but so luxury's.lol.hope the tub didn't go out the rooftop.i soaked.alone need a jet tub .

Sonesta was ideal for conference that I was attending. All facilities exceeded expectations!

Only "post-visit" issue is getting in touch with house-keeping. I may have left an article (jacket) & called twice to check. The voicemail directed me to housekeeping manager. I left detailed message with no response.

I loved the room. It was super clean and the staff were nice. The hotel was in a convenient location, but not in all the traffic. It smelled amazing and everything was so nice. Will definitely be back.

The elevators are the only thing outdated there. The towel rack in the bathroom was broke upon arrival, but besides that, I have no complaints.
