I really expected more for the price of the room. The breakfast was very scant. Could have done that well at a convenience store!

The floor in Room 224 had not been vacuumed in a long time! There were good sized pieces of debris and hair and fuzz and bits of paper everywhere. We picked up quite a bit by hand. And the toilet tissue roller was missing! Seriously? You can buy replacements at Walmart. And one roll of TP for two people for 3 days and nights is pretty ridiculous. As well as one tiny bar of soap for the same. The carpet felt damp our entire stay. Oh… and check the batteries in the TV remote.

The location was perfect for the Riverside Park Christmas lighting and restaurants. Nice walk to downtown Helen. Room had a balcony overlooking the park and really enjoyed the fireplace. It's definitely a great location!

They are very strict on check-in time being at 4 pm. The room was ok, but it definitely needs an update, we picked up some trash on the tray by tv. The hide a bed couch was in very bad shape and not accessible to use! The breakfast lacking.

The staff was nice and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, had lots of channels on the tv to pick from, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the location was perfect for us with a playground right across the street and easy swim access to the river right across the street as well. It was in walking distance of downtown but not to close so it’s still relatively quiet. Gas station across the street in front of the motel. A great restaurant (Big Daddy’s) next door that had very nice live music.

The door frame to our room was very clearly damaged as if someone had broken in for whatever reason so that was a little uncomfortable that it was damaged. Also pictures on the booking site showed a waffle maker in the breakfast area but we were very disappointed when that was not there at breakfast time. The breakfast was really lacking.

The location was good. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

First night had to go get toilet paper. Ok only 2 wash cloths. Coffee maker was a joke, to a coffee holic that's a big deal. Over flowed 2 times. A mess to clean up. No napkins or paper towels in the room. Had to use one of the hand towels. Only 1 trash can in the room. No extra bags for it. Second time we have stayed in a Baymont. But definitely the last time.

Location was great and the price was reasonable.

We couldn’t control the temperature in the room because the knobs were missing from the window unit. The bathroom shower was gross/ dirty, missing fixtures, the hairdryer barely stayed on the wall.

it was right near town and the river, had a fitness center and pool even though we didn’t get to swim due to it being cold outside it’s a great feature along with the gorgeous scenery and the seating under the trees, they have continental breakfast which was ok just wish they had more variety.

there are bugs. lots of roaches. they had traps down behind the tv but found one on our bed and LOTS more behind the tv and all over the desk when I woke up in the morning. I guess they were searching for heat inside the tv box on the back of the desk with the microwave and mini fridge. but other than that it was great.

we enjoyed the stay. But the check in wasn't so good. we paid online for the room but when we come in to get our key, the computer wasn't registering the payment right and a manager had to be called. when i got my credit card statement, i was charged the discounted online price PLUS the original price. when i called to get it corrected i was told it was credited back, but instead it was charged twice! as of yet it has not been resolved.

Love most of the staff super accommodating and helpful. They keep breakfast up long enough for people to enjoy. Some places I've been have it packed up and no trace by 830.

One of the front desk women is the unhappiness non engaging impossible to like humans I've ever seen. The others were like lifelong friends after 1 day. I frequent this place and Mrs evil wouldn't allow me to check in until 4pm it was 315 on a rainy day. So I went next door and waited at a bar..about 430 I checked in to the same room I usually get that no one had been in since 315 after being told no rooms were ready yet. They had like 6 rooms rented. But when I checked in with other girl she gave me a free upgrade to waterfront suite. If the rude one worked for me she would be fired immediately if I could catch her at her desk instead of out on the bench out front smoking and on cell phone.

The lady let us check-in early which was amazing considering my wife drove all night to get us there. Even offered us breakfast. Conveniently located close to the river and tubing places.

Everything closes early like the stores and restaurants. The pizza place next door is also a bar that gets really rowdy. We sat there from the balcony and watched a group of people coming out drunk, screaming and fighting for the cops to show up and do nothing.
