The property was really easy to get to from the highway. The staff worked to make sure my kids and I were comfortable and understood our need for rest after a long day of travel and basketball games for my son. They had plenty of clean towels a and blankets that we needed when we requested it. There were a few issues and the front desk staff and manager took care of it and reassured me they would address the issues in a timely manner.

The location is not a feel safe neighborhood type area. I wouldn’t feel safe arriving late at night there other that it was what my kids and I needed for the three nights there. There was a huge groups of baseball teams there that had been running around the hotel floors banging on doors as if it was a play ground and these kids were between the ages of 14-16 so getting the blasting knock on our door after 10:30PM was not a pleasant experience. A little startling when we had fallen asleep already. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me would look at the cameras and address them.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Carlos at breakfast. Bed was super comfortable Shower was very powerful with Neutrogena products Relaxing area outside was lovely. BBQ's for use.

Common area near pool had fairly old furniture Poster of breakfast options wasn't quite what was available. Only fresh fruit was banana and satsuma. Advertised was strawberries, blueberries, apple, blackberries. No cooking facility in the room, however there is a hotplate available to borrow which worked fine. You need a car to get around.

The breakfast was good. We enjoy staying at the Drury Hotels and we were trying to book in Knoxville but the hotel was full. We found the Hilton and decided to continue driving to Marietta. This did bring us closer to our ultimate Venice, Florida destination. We enjoyed the Hilton very much. Everything was very good. There IS something, however that is ever so slightly different than the Drury experience and I'm trying to figure out what that is exactly. I think the Hilton experience is every so slightly more "distant" as far as client/staff interaction--not quite sure. Please don't misconstrue, the experience was great, however, Hilton will continue to be our second choice if we have the option of staying at Drury. All the best to you in your continued success!

There's maybe something about how the flow of the hotel is that seems a little institutional/cool rather than warm and cozy....just a very humble observation/opinion. And we all know what they say about opinions--just like belly buttons!

The arrival staff was great. Although the check in line was long the person at the front did a great job of checking everyone in as quickly as possible. We did not have any issues with the room.

We left early in the morning and we had to basically leave our keys at the desk because no one came out. I had left a bag in the lobby and since the entrance door was locked I had to literally had to call the hotel to get the person to come to the desk.

Desk clerk who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Girl who checked us out was not.

The reservation we made through booking.com was never received by the hotel. That was scary and embarrassing. The hotel was able to give a room despite the screw up by booking,com. When I contacted booking,com, the agent I chatted with did not believe me and did not accept responsibility for their screw up. This will be the last time I use this unreliable travel website. Do not trust booking.com to make your reservation. Their confirmation number means nothing to the property you thought you booked. We almost drove 9 hours to find we had no room at the inn.

The room was fabulous!! Loved the full kitchen!! The air conditioning didn't work well but the staff was very friendly and offered to switch rooms for us. We didn't, but they assured us they would get the ac fixed asap.

Everything was perfect, with the exception of the air conditioning.

The location was great, not too far from attractions and access to major roads. The breakfast was good, the kids really enjoyed the waffles. We enjoyed the firepit, we roasted marshmallows.

The mattress was not so comfortable.

Breakfast was great! My family loved the gravy biscuits.

Check in wasn’t great. I wasn’t informed I would have to pay a $50 refundable incidental fee until check in. There is also a $59 fee on my card that I have no idea what it’s for. I had to remind the staff I booked two rooms when checking in. I requested my rooms be close together, but that didn’t happen.

Fantastic hotel! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stay! Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. I can’t think of anything that was poor.

Breakfast was prob the weakest point of the stay - coffee was not really drinkable - need a big upgrade! Food was the same as every other hotel that offers free bfast. Hotel was really clean, room was above expectations and staff was super friendly.
