The look, cleanliness, staff was very friendly and helpful. We interacted with front desk day and night shift, maid staff on first and second floors as well as breakfast staff. All were nice and helpful. We even had someone in our party make things a little confusing with our rooms but the front desk night staff was fantastic. (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name)

little pricey for location and breakfast wasn’t as tasty as a lot of cheaper motels otherwise it was good

I had a FABULOUS stay at the Hampton Inn. First of all I quickly got my room. No questions asked except for my ID; hassle free check-in. The room was spotless!!! I mean spotless. I will stay here again.

I really wanted to take the Hampton Inn Thoughts pad with me. Wish I could have done that. I almost called to the front desk to ask if that would be okay.

It was very clean, updated and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, stayed stocked, clean and delicious. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The only complaint I have is the air conditioner was on in the hall on the 3rd floor when it was 30° outside. I didn't say anything to the staff because it didn't affect my stay too much.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The agent was professional and greeted us with a happy smile; and that was about 2 am in the morning. After a long night travel, that’s what you need. Our room was fresh and it was stocked with extra towels; I really liked that! I didn’t have to ask for anything.

Only concern was receiving an invoice for balance due instead of a receipt for payment, but the agent quickly corrected the error.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and other shops.

Breakfast area was small. Ran out of some foods (waffle mix, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc) both days we were there and we waited for items to be replenished. Coffee was weak.

Not advised of need to opt in for room cleaning or of breakfast options at check-in.

The reception was quick. The staff was friendly. The room was fine. The breakfast was OK, lots of items to choose from.

Tables in dining area could have been cleaned a little more quickly. We cleaned a couple ourselves to help.

Room was good size. Room was clean!!!! Location was very convenient. Breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot waffles, eggs and sausage every morning.

The only complaint we had was the toilet made a loud whistling sound after every flush. The price was a little high for a downtown location. I could see it if it was closer to the lake area. 😳

The selection of hotels in this area is slim and I've stayed at all of them due to my son being in college here. This one is by far the best in the area. The room was nice and spacious. The front desk guy was GREAT! I hate that I forgot his name bc he deserves praise!! Breakfast selection included grits, eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal....very filling.

The pool is a little small but everything else was great.

Breakfast was ok. Liked the waffle maker and omelet. Didn't try other foods.

Not a big breakfast person so breakfast was adequate. Maybe bagels or English muffins for additional choices.
