Situated about 10/15 minute walk from downtown Savannah, we were happy with the hotel. Our room was huge, extremely clean and very comfortable. We used Liberty Street car park to park our car which is very close to the hotel. The Savannah Trolley Tour excursions start from the nearby visitor centre, just a short walk away too, which was very convenient. The hotel bar was open in the evenings there were also some food options. Overall, a good standard of accommodation and comfort.

I think the staff on Reception and in the foyer could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. A smile costs nothing. They answered my questions and explained what we needed but everything seemed like a bit too much effort for them, especially on our arrival. Shame really, because the hotel is lovely.

Our room was bright and Clean, hotel was well located to explore Savannah historic district and river area on foot.

Parking - hotel advertised parking but it was extortionate price from an outside valet company who didn’t have any information on where your car would be parked and just drove off to a random part of the city. Would advise parking in Liberty street car park across the street for $20 per night

Stayed here with my mother for a weekend getaway for Easter. We loved the location, close enough walk to all the action but not too close, so you are able to sleep without all the noise. Easily walkable to River street, DOT transit, and restaurants.

When we first got there, the room we were placed in had dirty linen and stains on the couch. Also the shade to the window was not working and we were not told by the receptionist lady. However, once Sean arrived to work and took over, our room was immediately changed and he showed us amazing customer service. Also, you are not allowed to change the room temperature. You have to call the front desk and have them change it for you. That is an inconvenience and we were never told about this by the receptionist lady when we initially checked in.

The location was great for downtown. We were minutes away from everything. The room was clean, well lit, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the Bluetooth mirror made getting ready so much more relaxing. The makeup removal rag and wipes were a nice touch and the shower was hot with a steady water pressure which is normally worrisome for price efficient hotels. The walls were thick and we couldn't hear anyone which was also awesome especially for downtown. On top of all of that there is a parking garage right next door. If not they charge $35 for valet parking which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

I did originally book through booking.com and they way overpriced it when I saw the comparison for the actual hotel website. I suppose this is still not really a complaint because what the hotel charges directly versus what booking.com does is more of a doable price point for the location and amenities.

I loved how clean it was and how spacious the room was. The beds were very comfortable.

I was not pleased with the billing process. My card was charged for the entire stay plus a hold, which I understood.. but then extra holds were placed throughout the stay which were not clearly explained and took several days after I left to eventually be cleared. This added stress to my stay as I had to make several inquiries at the front desk.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Great price, too. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Katie, our bartender/waitress for dinner was exceptional and made the best gin and tonic! Tas, our waitress for breakfast was also exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another night. We will definitely remember this place.

Nothing!

Clean. Comfortable. Solid floor in rooms, no carpet! Bathroom was big with great lighting and the mirror was a Bluetooth mirror! Great location. We walked to dinner and breakfast. You can also walk to River Street/City (idk the exact name) but it’s on the water where the vendors and downtown restaurants are. We did not walk because my daughter did not want to… but it would be an easy walk… and it would save time on looking for parking! The hotel itself is across the corner from a public parking deck (about $20/day) but worth it. Overall, I plan to stay here again if we travel to Savannah again!

There was not free breakfast.

Clean, new hotel. Was very nice!

The staff. One of the nights we tried to get some bottles of water from downstairs, no one was at the desk. They left a sign up to go on a website and put in the serial number and everything. Not okay. We were thankful for Parkers being right behind the hotel. THERE SHOULD BE SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK 24/7. The valet sucks. They took my sunbum hand sanitizer out of my car...DON'T LEAVE STUFF OF ANY VALUE TO YOU IN YOUR CAR OR ROOM. THEY'LL STEAL IT. You could clearly tell stuff in my mid console had been messed with. NOT OKAY. Also requesting your car is a joke. It should not take 22 minutes in the evening to get your car brought up. Especially when no one else is waiting, and you're told the valet person is chilling in their truck.

Very good location from the downtown historic district, close to a trolley stop (2 minute walk) room was nice and modern. Not your cheap hotel room with carpet from who knows what year and smells funny. It has nice wood laminate floor, bathroom was very nice and well lit. This was our first time in Savannah and will 100% return and stay at the Cambria.

Parking was across the street but the hotel had valet service. The drop off entrance was a bit tight, a full size truck or bigger will struggle to pull into the drop off but the street infront is a not so busy street so can temporarily street park i would imagine.
