Breakfast was good. Loved having coffee available 24 hours daily as well as the cookies in the late afternoon! The location of the hotel was perfect and in walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and do in the historic district. The bathroom was very nice and roomy!

We did not like the barking dog in our hallway! This dog barked for hours at a time! We suggest guests with pets be on a separate floor from other guests!

Attempted to call facility all day with no response had to send someone over to the facility just to ANSWER the phone! And that individual was rude and acted like he was being bothered!!. Then when I made it to the facility I was not able to get in and I could see someone in the back office sitting there ignoring my knocks, ring, and phone calls. The stay was good but customer service was disgusting!

Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Bathroom very clean. Larger products (hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) were a great addition. Bed was super.

Not overly friendly front desk staff- three interactions with them. Check in, purchase of item from store by front desk and request for hand towels and wash clothes. No new hand towels and wash clothes after second day. We stayed three days.

I liked the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location if you like the Old Town Trolley Tours. It's about a 3 minute walk from the Old Town Trolley Tours station.

I didn't like that I had to park so far away from my building because there wasn't enough parking in my hotel.

The location was convenient to SCAD. It was clean and and well maintained.

The parking overflow is not fully explained at booking. If the on-site parking lot is full, which it was our entire stay, you have to park a block away in the shared parking garage.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to the historic area. Breakfast was standard fare but the helper ladies were very pleasant and attentive.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would like to make a special note and review for one employee though that stood out for me. Jaime besides everything above as she excelled in a priceless manner she was so friendly and attentive!" Made check in less stressful for me as Jaime knew I was having and had a rough day and night as we checked in late. She really deserves recognition for her patience with me and her demeanor and composure as she is an excellent employee in customer service. If you knew me? To put up with me? I give her credit. I wish many employees out there acted as she does in her employment. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The suites can be better designed and no split rooms with separate couch areas.

Beautiful lobby, heated outdoor pool, and very centrally located. Nice rooms. Everything was walking distance. Free breakfast was high quality. Parking is $30 per day in their garage, but includes in/out privileges. Public garages charge less but it's done by the day so you have to pay each time you come in.

Check in process. Not friendly, and no designated parking spots for registration (and parking is very limited on the street). Eventually I had to use a disabled space to unload our luggage and check in. There is a garage for guests ($30) but you need your key card to get into the garage. Therefore, you need to be checked in before you park....and where do you store your car while you're checking in?

Beautiful property but furniture and decor was very traditional compared to a lot of hotels in the area but since we were in Savannah the decor did give you that old south vibe. Clean and great shower pressure. The front desk staff was amazing even though it was busy during check in.. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was great and the ladies that attended the breakfast area were very helpful and efficient in taking care that things stayed filled.

There was a strange banging noise outside our room and made it hard for me to sleep, never figured out what it was but it gonged every 3to 5 minutes all night long. We were on the side of the building near the parking area on the second floor. Everything else was great though.

Located within steps of the Savannah College of Art and Design, the hotel is roughly midpoint bw the river and the historic Forsyth Park, which is very picturesque Savannah, with loads of mossy oak and greenery.

Parking is rough. There are maybe 2 dozen spots surrounding the building, with spillover parking off site directed by two signs that do NOT get patrons to their destination. And spillover parking is only access AFTER check in. Morning breakfast was a mini buffet of cheese omelette, bacon, potatoes, prepared oatmeal, DIY pancake station, a small selection of bread/baked goods and cereals. As I made my selection at the hot food tray, I encountered a very rude employee who made her appearance from behind me by barking “I need that fork!” Check in checkout and employees encountered throughout were all courteous/helpful. She made herself the bad apple.
