Staff at the desk were very helpful. Made some dinner reservations in advance. Booked a tour. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. History lecture was great. Bedtime cookies were a nice touch.

These are really nit things. We loved the hotel and would come back if we were in the area. The bathroom should have more shelf space to put things near the sink. Shower should have a door rather than a shower curtain. Slippers would be nice. The breakfast items we tended to eat most days were inconsistent. One biscuit was terrific, the next one wasn't. The parfait was really special the last day with lots of different berries - much better than the first day. bacon crispy one day. Toast delivery was iffy and cold. French toast hadn't been soaked in egg batter.

Everything. This place is the best place I have stayed in on my entire trip. The Oglethorpe room is the best. We had the only balcony that allowed us to see the fireworks. It overlooked the park. The room was big enough for the two of us. The happy hours and evening snacks were all incredible, including wine, port, homemade goodies, etc. The breakfast was so endless....whatever you wanted. Eat where you want, service was incredible. Rita was so wonderful and from the very moment we arrived she made us feel like royalty.

The air conditioner worked great but the fan was quite loud on it. Nothing to worry about. We loved this place.

Awareness of allergies that they made note of prior to our check in and again upon arrival, anaphylactic allergies, and then those allergies were somehow disregarded. Everybody was very apologetic about it but it was my fiancé and it was her birthday and we stayed in that night bc her face was swelled up but if she had swallowed it, instead of noticing immediately, she would have had to used an epi pen or stopped breathing. Perhaps make note in giant red letters so allergies like that- that severe, can’t be missed. Other than that, everything and everyone was excellent! Beautiful place!

The Kehoe House is beutiful. This is our 2nd stay and the reason we came back. The Johnny Mercer Room is beautiful. We enjoyed the verandas and got a kick climbing out the window to get to them. We enjoyed the wine and hors d'oeuvres for happy hour and coffee and dessert in the evening. The location is close to everything so we walked everywhere. We look forward to coming back.

The location was excellent. Walkable to the main areas of interest but not so close that it was overrun with crowds. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a vent cover that rattled whenever the air ran, and a random fire alarm that went over unexpectedly while we were getting ready but those were minor inconveniences.

Country charm and decor. Friendly service and the desserts and coffee is great in the evening. After you have been out for dinner and return to the hotel, it is great to have some dessert and drinks waiting for you.

The room was a little smaller than the online photos portrayed. Having visited the hotel now that is totally understandable as it is a grand old mansion. Bathroom could have more table top surfaces to store your goodies. there was literally no space on our suite for toothbrushes etc.

Breakfast was very good. One can customize what they want for breakfast and they are very accommodating. Location is perfect, House is beautiful and with lots of decorative elements. Staff is helpful and lovely to talk to.

Our bathroom shower wasn’t hot enough and it was fiddly to make it hot. The room decorations (furniture details, lamps, windows and window sills) could have been cleaner. They clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in months with plenty of dust and lint sticking to them and the harder to reach spots. Some areas and carpets in the main dining and sitting room areas had lots of layers of dirt from the many years that people had been walking on them. I understand the house is historical and they want to keep the old style with it, but that’s no excuse for keeping dirty carpets, and furniture fixtures, especially at the price they charge. One can easily replace such carpets with new ones in better condition and still keep the old look and feel of the house.

Breakfasts were excellent. Complementary hors d'oeuvres & wine were served late afternoon & early evening, dessert & coffee later in the evening, "turn-down" cookies on your room door at night. Bottled water (important because the tap water in Savannah has a strong sulfur-y taste) & soft drinks available all the time, as well as fruit & granola bars.

I was very impressed by the kind, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone made me feel so welcomed. Dana welcomed me and I immediately she felt as if she was a life long friend. The Mercer room was beautiful and very comfortable - even the bed! I loved hearing the clip clop of horses as they passed.

The room over head was loud. Every foot step could be heard and there were a lot.

So many things to love! The location, the food, the staff, the room (Oglethorpe) and just relaxing on the side porch with a drink reading the newspaper.

The AC unit in our room failed while we were there but the staff quickly remedied that so we were very pleased with their attention to that.
