The vibe of the hotel was fantastic, the design of the lobby and common areas, the room too had excellent interior. The bed was quite huge, the room was spacious, bathroom looked recently renovated. It's close to the main strip & riverwalk, but its a far enough (2-4 minutes of walk away) so you don't have to wake up to the sound of a club.
The room smelled like a previous guest was smoking in it and the cleaning staff were trying to hide it with a scent. I would have asked for another room if i was with my family. The couch and the rug around it were not super clean, but the bathroom and the bed were.

Beautifully decorated building in a pretty handy location on the edge of the 'downtown'. The free shuttle was good too, but only available from the afternoon onwards. Breakfast was pretty standard (free through Booking.com). Omelets made-to-order was a nice touch.
Front reception and breakfast staff could be friendlier. No gym available at the hotel. I think there was one in town that you could use.

Cosmetically it’s beautiful to look at from the exterior and interior. The bed linens and bath linens were of fine quality. Every employee we came across was exceedingly polite, helpful and professional.
As a customer you have to pay extra for vehicle parking and for breakfast. My family and I have stayed in plenty of hotels and those hotels never charged us extra for parking and breakfast because it was free. Free breakfast and parking brings back customers.

Loved there was a shuttle to use! Will was an amazing employee and needs a raise for how hard he works! Front reception desk ladies were great and so kind including all the cleaning staff all throughout the hotel!
The man in the front desk reception about 6' tall that was there to check us out, snapped at me when I kindly asked for clarification on the hotel charges. I disliked his tone, it was aggressive and sounded agitated. I told him he did not have to use an attitude with me. Then continued to greet us with "have a great rest of your day." It was a bit off-putting but other than that incident it was a great experience.

It was all amazing, a nice luxury version of classic Hiltons. Coffee in the room was Nespresso which was phenomenal. Staff was great. Rooms might need a bit of TLC as here and there are worn out, but they are really really nice. Good sound proofing. Nice huge TV with Netflix. Breakfast had omlett station (however it had weak selection and bad coffee overall). They have shuttle into the city as its located outside of the oldtown. Parking $25 for the stay was fine (there are some public non metered parkings not too far but we decided to keep the car at the hotel).
Someone did a slight damage to our car in the parking lot, so using the free public parking might have been better. The ladies at the breakfast station very were unorganized. There was 2-3 of them for 8-9 people usually but somehow everything seemed slow and chaotic. Also 1 hour before the breakfast end, they don't bring out fruits or yoghurt or sweets. Also the sweets were unadable. Altogether I wouldn't pay for a breakfast here (it was included in the booking for us).

Very close to restaurants & shopping...Also had a courtesy shuttle to take you around. King room was spacious and had windows that actually opened. Bed was very comfortable, and we loved the sofa instead of a single chair like some hotels.
Bar closed early. Courtesy shuttle only had 4 designated stops. You had to walk or Uber/Lyft the rest of the way. For $200/night, breakfast should have been free instead of $15-Continental, $17- Full or waived for HH members...

The Bluff was a fantastic place to stay for our one night in Savannah meeting friends. The rooms were well appointed, quiet, and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. We walked to and from River Street which was less than a mile but still a big walk for some people. We were fine with adults and kids age 6 and up.
I really like the idea of breakfast being included however it was quite chaotic and the food was not great. It was very confusing to get coffee which was really something I wanted and there was no dairy free milk. Most pleases have at least soy milk. There wasn’t any nice fruit or anything fresh. I think if you can freshen up the breakfast and get a self serve coffee thing happening that would make it extra special.

Was clean smelled good comfortable bed and larger than other rooms by Hilton. The cucumber water great touch when returning. The lobby bar area very comfortable and clean. The coffee was also very good best had from a hotel.
The breakfast was typical low quality hotel breakfast. The staff were not friendly in the breakfast area. Staff at reception area cleaning staff were very nice welcoming and respectful.

The place was nice, the location great and the staff was nice. that's about it !
The place was nice, but way overpriced which I knew when I booked it but.....when they charged us 25.00 per night, per car to park in their parking lot, that was just over the top. Then, the first morning we found out that the continental breakfast and (that is exactly what it was except they would make you an omelet) It was 19.95 a person :( NOPE!! So basically, a 2 night stay cost me around 900.00 Ridiculous !

The scene was great the location was perfect the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable
They guy at the counter charged me $20 to park at the hotel after I spent over $300 on my room and I didn't even have a parking spot to park in when I came back to my room so I had to park on the side next to the curb
