Overall, no issues. The room was quiet, very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Room was recently renovated which was very nice! The check in staff was great. Checked out with no problems or issues.

There was no elevator-for one night was NOT an issue but if I had to bring up any more luggage then I would have been annoyed. The hotel used to offer breakfast but due to COVID, they have stopped this feature. I think that is a crock because MOST other hotels have resumed this service. I think the hotel just wants to keep more money and not offer this amenity any longer. I did know this when booking but there were not too many other options in the area due to a last minute booking. If I was to return to the area, I would find an accommodation that offered it.

GREAT Location!! VERY comfortable pillows and bed! Spacious room and bathroom!! The front office staff and other members of the staff are very friendly and helpful!! The pool was very relaxing too!!

Shower needs BETTER cleaning!! Stains on walls and shower head and handles🤢…I’m a germ-a-phob so I notice EVERYTHING. Make sure to disinfect the remote and phone. The floors in the lobby hallways/first floor need a good scrub/wax. Also, it’s time to replace the 2nd floor hallway carpet!! The lounge pillows on the sofas by the pool need to be cleaned. Also, the shower knobs by the pool need to be replaced! There’s no way for you to rinse off before or after the pool.

Excellent location close walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet hotel- I am a light sleeper, there were no late night parties or loud guests in the halls. Rooms were clean and bathroom appears newly remodeled. The pool was wonderful with two cabanas to get out of the sun and plenty of chaise loungers for those looking to lay out. absolutely loved our stay here!

Like many hotels since Covid- there is no daily cleaning service. This was not a deal breaker but it’s nice to come into made beds and emptied trash after a day out. It is also important to note that free breakfast is no longer offered. However, there were several very affordable options within a block of the hotel.

When selecting a place to stay i look for a few things- cleanliness, great customer service, convenience are at the top of the list. It would be fantastic if you could bring back your Continental breakfast- it was tough trying to find something quick in the morning so we could get out and start out excursions. I chose this place partly because the site i booked on mentioned that you had breakfast. Most places that suspended that due to covid have resumed. That was the one major blemish on our stay.

I love the fact that it is a short walk to the beach. The location was great!

The staff didn’t tell me where the ice machine were, the Wi-Fi code, pretty much nothing. The breakfast was closed due to Covid, which is a bunch of crap. It’s 2023 no one is worried about Covid anymore. Also, they didn’t clean our rooms the entire time we were there. We had to keep getting towels, bath rags and trash bags from the front desk. Super annoying to have a sand filled floor

The place was super clean and within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the pier, and stores. Staff was amazing, and each and every one was super helpful and accommodating. They even dried our swimsuits and towels at the end of the day in their hotel drier. The beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Great value for the money.

The pillows were a bit hard, but I guess it's a matter of personal preference.

There is no breakfast but good restaurants just steps away. Guest parking big plus-almost all parking is Pay For Parking. Location is perfect-close to beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, walk-in shower great.

King mattress was worn out. Two hollows on either side and a hump in the middle! Could not operate handheld shower independent of rain shower. Could have scored a 10 if not for these.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had the pool to ourselves the 2 times we used it.

The only things that would have made our stay better would have been hooks or something in the shower to hang our wet clothes and towels on, as there was nowhere to dry them and if there was a small breakfast offered.

nice updated rooms and bathrooms, nice pool area. location is perfect to beach and main Tybee restaurants and shops, comes with refrigerator and microwave

shower pressure was very weak, issues with the cable tv, but the staff was very helpful in helping to fix the problem. could use more hooks to dry bathing suits and towels. refrigerator seemed to leak at first, but then worked properly

Clean very and nice staff. Nice upgrades to the room. Walls was thin so we had the tv on a lot. Our room had a door between the other room which allowed noise to come through. Staff was excellent and located in the middle of all the shops and restaurants you can walk to everything. Excellent price.
