Customer service was great it was clean it always is bit the price doubled in a month and a half

I booked a smoking room an when I got there at 330 they didn't have the room I was supposed to get and the price has doubled in the last month

The staff is always friendly, and helps get us checked in with ease. The rooms are very clean. We never get charged for more than what we are set at, and it's always reasonably priced.

I didn't like that there were a few spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling, and we did not have enough pillows.

I like that you didn't have to have a tub stopper and it was built in. I loved the high ceilings. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were nice.

Very close quarters with other tables during breakfast. Breakfast choices were limited. The TV channel was on something not appropriate for children at breakfast.

Pleasant helpful staff-booking.com had to help us with directions -had to contact hotel manager -When we clicked on the location from the confirmation for directions -GPS took us to the wrong location —customer service snd manager were extremely helpful in a timely manner to get us to the hotel quickly snd safely

GPS took us to another James Street or Road initially -hotel a little hard to find -overall room was clean but old -could use a little more TLC and deep cleaning but beds and bathroom were clean and very comfy

Convenient and room was comfortable just need some updates

Swimming pool was out of order and place need some upgrading starting with carpet and some furniture and new bedding

I loved almost everything about it

The pool was closed i go every two weeks and my grandkids love the pool and I like it when they get to burn off energy and with out the pool its hard

It was good, room clean. Cj was very nice and was very professional. I had to ask her name so I know.. It was a very fast check-in. I did no picture. We got there about 9 and check out by 11

The elevator rattled and made noises as it moved up and down. Phones did not work so they just took them out.

Coffee the room and the free coffee pot with hot need coffee should have cream and Splenda

The breakfast was very horrible Muffins with nasty had very very little no cereal no milk the juice was watered down is last time was even worse they should have had some real fruits anything what's the price of the room they should have had more

It was a smoking room and it was clean good location i would stay there again

The pool was not working but would love to stay again with a working pool
