Beautiful oceanfront bungalows. It was not crowded. The staff was so nice.

The only problem for me was that Booking.com states resort fees are included in the price paid. Hyatt Hana made me pay resort fees, even when I showed them the reservation that included the fees. I called Booking.com and was told it would be taken care of but nothing was done. So, I paid double resort fees! Wrote Booking.com twice with no response. Been on hold for 37 minutes so far and no one picking up at Booking.com.

We loved that the resort was set close by to community facilities so it didn't feel remote from the local community. The Oceanview bungalow was lovely, comfortable and clean, and the view was spectacular. The staff were friendly, particularly the kind and warm lady at reception who was there the night we arrived, exhausted and flustered after our drive from Paia (I think her name was Selma?). The pool area was gorgeous (though towels were a little scarce when we were there). Lovely breakfast in a restaurant with a lovely aspect, some portions were huge (by Australian standards) - it was good that local foods were offered. The only thing was there was initially some confusion about the fact that we had prepaid for breakfast through Booking.com - though the staff were then happy to honour it. We enjoyed some of the local sites including Hamoa Beach (beautiful) and Koki Beach with the amazing Huli Huli chicken run by generous and warm cooks, and Ohe'o Gulch.

Difficult to find something we didn't like. Some of the bathroom fittings could do with some updating - one of the taps (faucet?) was a little erratic and splashed us a little. But very little to nitpick and we really enjoyed our stay. I guess people should also be aware that the drive to Hana, while beautiful and interesting, is also very hard-going. But this place is worth it.

Location and view was excellent. The room was spacious, balcony with view of ocean was very beautiful

cost was steep , booked through a website and requested breakfast and they could not accommodate that request.

Great Stay at The Hana Mani Resort. Away from any hustle and bustle, this is secluded and full of peace, and the resort is fabulous and first rate all the way. The Bungalows were breathtaking and located footsteps from the ocean, so I recommend spending the extra money for a Bungalow. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredible, friendly, and told us about some great spots for waterfalls and hikes. The property is secluded and private and also a great place to explore with many many amenities. We enjoyed great conversations with the other guests at the firepit and also watched an incredible sunrise at the beach below which was magical. We also didn't realize a famous Hana red sand beach is steps away, but this'll give us reason to be back. It was the closest to finding peace I've ever had being on a vacation and just away from the crowds and surrounded by beauty.

+ pool area was amazing with great service. The gym was lovely and in a very relaxing setting with lots of cold water and fresh towels at hand. + we stayed 2 nights in the room we initially booked but then we decided to extend our stay which also led us to upgrading our room (photos attached are of the first room. Outside photo are of the second room which was upgraded). Staff were truly incredible especially when helping with suitcases. + both rooms were absolutely amazing. Super clean, extremely comfortable, amazing views, bathrooms were super, and both outdoor spaces were extremely relaxing. + hotel located very close to an area where there are lots of food trucks if you fancy a change from the hotel restaurant. One of the hotel restaurants was closed for refurbishment but the one that was open was very nice, we particularly liked the option of ordering food and having it delivered to our room or to the pool! + free laundry room fully equipped for all guests - this was incredible. + overall, the hotel setting is one of the most relaxing we have ever come across. The road to Hana can be quite the experience but 100% worth it to stay at this amazing hotel.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were very nice and the lanai was extremely large so very roomy for all the family.

The remote location; away from the hustle and bustle of more populated areas. It’s very peaceful and laid back in Hana and on the resort. The resort is beautiful - wonderful views all over the property. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

This is not a big thing but we felt like the bungalows need updated, especially the bathrooms.

The location of Hana Maui is amazing! The people were warm and the service was excellent.

It’s hard to find fault in such a beautiful spot, but the waterfront bungalow was not up to the cleanliness standards we would have expected. I’m sure this is from the natural elements of being right on the water, but it was inexcusable given the cost per night.

The room was the basic option (with garden view). The room was very spacious, a bit outdated, but very very dark; it needed more lights. (Room 41). No AC either. The whole property was incredible. Restaurant food was pretty good.

Felt privileged! Very calm. Do not feel you are in a resort. Very nice facilities. Get the Hawaii tropical feeling ! Feel good restaurant and nice food truck option Access to remote Red Sand beach

Expensive but worth it !
