The staff was great. The front desk personnel Erik just went above and beyond to help us. He deserves a raise. Everyone that works here is always so accommodating and helpful. They also always greet you with a smile and and they're full of Aloha. The rooms are always clean and the spaces are always clean.

The happy hour. We couldn't avail any of the days because the lines were always so long. I don't want to waste an hour waiting in line. Open up more lines with more staff or open up the dining hall for the snacks. Breakfast should be open earlier and longer to keep the crowd from being overwhelming.

Excellent location and extremely helpful staff, beautiful views from the balcony and comfortable beds with ample space in the room.

Breakfast was a let down, we are vegetarians and all we could eat was potatoes, bread and fresh fruit. They should have kept pancakes and/or waffles everyday, weekend menu was worse than weekday. Also the evening show was a letdown for waikiki standards. It seems the band doesn't play anymore, it's single performer and space is too little, so if you aren't there by 6,you will not have any seat left, and even then families aren't there for the music but eating the free chips and sauce. Also the drinking water situation is not great. Entire tower has a single water dispenser and they don't give refill water bottles second day onwards. So in a hot stay with many guests, drinking water becomes a challenge.

Everything you need was either walking distance or a short ride to restaurants or excursions. The rooms and property were very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Big Wave Daves downstairs has excellent upscale coffee drinks, beverages and fantastic to rent gear, clothing and book surfing lessons.

Lines for happy hour free cocktails was quite large. If I had to find something to complain about....maybe 2-3 bartenders..

Everything was perfect during our stay in the hotel from the beginning until the end of our vacation. The included breakfast was amazing. They serve fresh fruits and salad, pancakes, rice, and omelet with different ingredients that you can choose, and much more. Rooms are clean, and queen beds are comfortable. During our staying pool was open and clean. Great stuff, front desk, housekeeping, everyone who works in the hotel was amazing. We are planning to visit Hawaii again, and we will definitely choose this hotel. Didn't mention that the location was the best. Wolking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Parking is not free in the hotel, but you don’t need to worry about your car, because street parking is not easy to find and it costs you the same amount of money. Absolutely recommend! This is a perfect hotel for a family. Our kids loved this place.

The the location, amenities, rooms, and staff are superb! Any questions, concerns and needs were readily met with consummate professionalism. This was my first trip to Hawaii and my enjoyment and strong desire to return is in large part due to the excellent service rendered during my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk. I will definitely book reservations here upon my return. Please also know that breakfast was a big hit with my family!

From the minute we drove up we were treated so kindly and felt valued! A man named, Keoni approached us after we exited. We told him that we wouldn't be able to check in until 3 but that we wanted our bags to stay secure with the Bell Desk while we explored the city. Not only did he help with our bags, we recommended that we see DelMar at the Front Desk who may be able to help us check in early. When we approached Del Mar at the Front Desk he was genuinely kind and so helpful. He was able to find us a room right away! We really didn't expect it, but appreciated the gesture as it allowed my family the time and space to get out of our early morning flight attire AND secure our bags and our Puppy in the room. Yup, I said puppy. We LOVED that this Hilton was pet friendly. The room was a good size and clean. It was stocked with extra pillows and blankets that could be used for our pull out sofa. We have 4 children and we ALL fit comfortably in the room. The inclusive breakfast was delicious DAILY and staffed with friendly and helpful staff! The housekeeping staff were all so friendly and helpful with exchanging dirty linen and making sure that our other toiletries were well stocked as well. The pool & jacuzzi was a perfect size (we planned to go to the Water Park so we didn't care about the size/features of the pool). Malie at the Happy Hour bar was so sweet! Our stay came with 2 drinks per adult per night. What a great surprise! There were light snacks and soft drinks for our kiddos to enjoy too. We also used the clean gym and laundry room! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this property and all the amazing staff that bring it to life. We are already planning to return in October and can't wait to be at our home away from home! Mahalo Hilton Embassy Suites Beachwalk for being the absolute best.

clean, spacious, on walking distance to everything. honestly didn’t need a rental car . daily breakfast with made to order omelette station was great. The nightly reception was nice to mingle after a long day out exploring . So many eateries in walking distance . The pool & hot tub was nice. overall if you are traveling with small kids (11 yo, 3yo & 6 months) it was a great place to stay. Plenty of room in the suite (2 queen beds & pull out couch) also they let us borrow a pack n play crib for the baby. our room had a nice/decent oven view with two balconies, beautiful for sunrises. Beautiful hotel & also nice & helpful staff.

bc we didn’t need the rental car we still paid 40.00 a day for valet/parking . wasn’t a fan of that but will know for next time.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. it is an easy walk to the different areas of the beach, downtown Waikiki shops and restaurants, and to bus/trolley stops. The staff was wonderful, and our suite fit our family of 5 just fine. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a plus, and I was pleasantly surprised at how many options there were each morning. The evening happy hour was great too, with a nice drink selection as well as snacks (pretzels, Chex mix, Goldfish crackers, etc). The ease of getting around Waikiki without having to rent a car was the biggest bonus. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome location very easy to travel from Hotel to malls and shopping etc. Our room was a premium corner I think, this was perfect for us as we are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids under 11. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and wind down after our daily outings. Kids loved the pool, breakfast was awesome and made the mornings easier. Happy hour by the pool was amazing kids would swim while mum and dad had a cocktail. We also rented a car for a few days so having the valet was awesome as well. Drive right into the lobby and head straight up to the room while someone parked the car for us. Overall best place to stay for families. 10/10

I honestly didn't have any problems and there was nothing that I didn't like. Maybe it would be nice to have a fitness centre in both towers but that's just being nit picky.
