Please remember the following description of our hotel experience: We had an oceanfront view from the second floor, facing the pool, and enjoyed some privacy thanks to the nearby trees. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for heading north, south, and to the west shore, and we had many activities scheduled. The hotel offers a fantastic sunrise view but could use nicer and more comfortable beach chairs. Although the beach in front of the hotel may not be the most beautiful, it was good enough for a morning or evening walk. There was plenty of parking available, and the pool was nice, clean, and had enough chairs. There was also a small fireplace where we could hang out after dinner. The breakfast was grab-and-go style, which was fine for us. Bonus is the yo Ga class at 7 AM, the instructor she is super sweet and great!

The room has so much light from electronics and AC, but we use a tower to cover it all.

The room had a fantastic view to the ocean and we could admire the sunrise even laying in the bad! Very appreciated the included breakfast that we could have under the amazing sun in the inner courtyard of the hotel. We enjoyed also the included Yoga practice open air every morning: the only sound you could ear is the ocean!

Very nice hotel in a comfortable location, easily accessible with the car and with some options within a walking distance or by bike (available in the hotel to rent). The room was fully equipped, including a fridge & coffee machine. The hotel provides refillable bottle & a purified water fountain in the hall. Amenities and enough clean towels were provided for our 3 nights stays, if more needed you can ask the reception. However worth noticing they don’t have daily cleaning service, but rely on DIY services providing you with the resources to ensure a clean room & nice stay. It was surprising but we actually appreciated it as a way to reduce waste & understandable with the min staff they have. The Grab & Go breakfast is a nice concept that allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunrises from the room or the beach.

The only BUT was the staff, they were not as welcoming or helpful as most Hawaiians. We asked for recommendation for hikes, place to visit & food trucks… and they were not able to help but gave us the standard coupon magazine of the island. The service with not aloha spirit, in this sense was disappointing

Good location, right on the beach, our room was a decent size, pretty quiet (except for the ocean waves crashing on the beach right outside!), had a fridge and quiet A/C unit plus ceiling fan, a big screen TV, comfy king bed. We didn't use them this trip, but they had free bikes and yoga classes, decent restaurant on site. Grocery store, restaurants, pubs, and other amenities within walking distance. Rented kayaks from Bring Me A Kayak just up the road to paddle the Wailua River and hike to the falls -- great!

No regular room service was available during our stay (staff shortage?), room had a few minor glitches (peeling paint), the take-away breakfast had nothing we would eat (mostly sticky buns and sugary cereal), but we walked to grocery store up the road and bought our own food options.

This hotel is great value (taking into account how expensive Hawaii is generally). It has a lovely relaxed feel and beautiful view from the room with sea breezes. I enjoyed this hotel very much. It also has a Starbucks and supermarket 5 minutes walk away which is very convenient. There’s a morning yoga class which was great too.

Friendly helpful staff very central to get around the area, walk to restaurants. Beautiful area, liked the bike, yoga, restaurant availability.

Room woth an ocean view blocked by pool. Couldn't open my curtains to enjoy because there were always people right next to my window. I would have booked a different room Maybe say partial view?

Room was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean and courtyard were beautiful.

The restaurant is only open for dinner.

Loved it! Near the airport, restaurants, and a good distance from all the places we wanted to adventure to. The free bikes were great, right next to the ocean, the restaurant was very good too. Also, the front desk ladies and housekeeping were all great (especially Anna) you don’t get housekeeping, but if you need anything, they’re good providing what you need. There’s some reviews that stating that smells moldy, I didn’t smell that, but I can see the outside halfway carpet duty, but the hotel is right next to the beach, it rains almost every day and everyone is walking by with their muddy shoes.

I can’t really think of anything. My entire group was happy with me for making the reservations there 😉

It was a great stay (stayed in a ocean view room). The room was big, clean, had coffee marker and fridge. The views were spectacular. The common areas were really nice and the pool too. We would stay here again. Parking was easy. Front desk was friendly. They offer free grab and go breakfast (not much not even coffee but the pineapples are great) and free bike rental and there is a nice nearby bike trail next to the condo.

There is no daily housekeeping (which is fine - we stayed only 3 nights) and they provided supplies (coffee and sugar) at the front desk. The ice situation was bad, they had an ice machine, but not a dispenser meaning the ice cubes were in a container that could be accessed by anyone, so we didn't risk to take from it. Not a big deal though, but a proper ice machine would be nice. The nearby steakhouse smell kinda ruined the nighly lanai stays as all the fume came up to the lanai. No elevators.

Great location on the waterfront, close to the airport and some shops. Good size room, had everything for a comfortable stay. The sound of the waves was very relaxing at night and the ceiling fan was perfect. Good pool and it was never overcrowded.

Too much plastic at breakfast. Yes, there is some rust at places, but since it is on the oceanfront, the constant humidity will inevitably corrode things. It was not a big deal that would affect our stay.
