It was connected to a larger resort with a beautiful pool, bar, hot tubs, and beach access… no swimming but great for walking.

It is old and could use a face lift. room smelled like mildew especially in the bathrooms that do not have fans.

The unit was very clean, very spacious and had a nice layout. I could live there comfortably after decorating it. The staff was very friendly. Being able to walk to the resort and use their beautiful pools and restaurant was great.

The unit was very sterile looking, very little artwork on the walls, no rugs on the hard tile floor, no pillows on the furniture, no real color. Although it was clean and had everything we needed, it was not warm and colorful like most Hawaii rooms. The jacuzzi was not accessible during our stay. The beach is not swimmable so you have to drive to a beach to swim in the ocean.

The villas text message service was very responsive and friendly - a great resource for asking questions about my stay. Being able to use the pool amenities (slide!) at the next door resort made a big difference!

Large 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo with kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, wifi, cable tv. Very spacious unit. Second bedroom had 2 fullsize beds. Other than crowing from feral chickens, quiet and relaxing property.

No towel racks in master bedroom to hang towels to dry. Second bathroom had towel racks. Toilets take a long time to flush. Water keeps swirling around and around toilet bowl before flushing.

Breakfast not included. Location very good - close to airport, near the beach that is infinitely long and beautiful. Apartment was very nice, clean, convenient, very well equipped.

Price. Piling resort fee on top of that felt like an extortion. Restaurant in the main building was heavily overpriced, with food quality totally inadequate. Would recommend to stay away from that.

Better mattresses

Gorgeous location and layout. We got to pop next door to the Resort and use its beautiful pool and facilities (the food was really good at both restaurants there…) and the apartment was very clean and cushy and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything you could want in one place. We’ll be back.

The pool was great! The size of the appartement is perfect and it was well equiped. We appreciated as well to have a washer/dryer in the facility and to park upfront. We had the possibility to take some chairs, bodyboards… from the reception. We had a great time!

The smell in the bathroom cause of humidity.

Nice, spacious two bedroom condo. Clean. Nice beach within walking distance. Grounds are well maintained. Nice entrance.

Hot tub is small and always busy with people inside. We didn't get too many chance to use it. The fixtures in the condo are outdated, need to be replaced. Pricy. We paid a lot of money staying at the condo for 7 nights, on top of that, they asked us to pay $150 resort fee which was not spelled out upfront.
