Great location! Had all the appliances that you would ever need. Washer and dryer was a real bonus! Other visitors were very friendly, felt like we were visiting extended family.

Many kittens around were very skinny and needed dewormed and fixed. Where we come from the feral cat coalition will be and fix and vet the cats and then put them back. Not sure if Maui has anything like this though.

it was clean, great size apartment, nice garden view from a private patio. I loved being downstairs and have visitors (chickens, cats), it was so cute. location is good too, 10 min walking from a nice little beach, Napili!

The hot tub was not working on 2 nights because it was dirty. They weren’t fast to clean it but other than that it was clean for most of the days. It is a little small too but does the job. Also being in the lower unit was a little noisy because of people walking in the apartment upstairs. you can hear roosters too but didn’t bother me.

Lovely, quiet (when we were there) except for the roosters, which are no big deal. The condo complex has beautifully maintained gardens and a very clean, inviting, and fairly spacious pool area with gas grills. The units are also very clean and well equipped.

The noisy plumbing in one bathroom in 309 and the unpredictable AC, (often ran far too cold), the limited office hours, and the stone pavement and stairs. It looks pretty but I have mobility difficulties and was afraid of tripping and/or falling.

The room was very confortable and well equipped, kitchen perfect with all the facilities. Everything was clean and organized. Two beautiful beaches, Napili and Kapalua, very close to the hotel.

There was a backyard in our room full chickens. We had to close the back door to avoid some chicken entering the room. Every night at 03:00 the roosters start cackle until dawn and makes very difficult to rest.

The staff friendly helpful polite......gave us late check out and helpful for our journey home

The websites projects stores and shopping within walking distance. There is one store....one restaurant in walking distance.....busing it the whole trip also portrays Beach right out your door .....again another walk ......balcony view????? Was parking lot .....the staff and cleanliness was great......both bathroom sinks had leaks underneath and ants in the kitchen.....needs upgrades and more realistic honest information on website. I walked atleast 20 miles in 3 days if I had known I would have kept the rental car.....getting grocies was a 3 hour round trip waiting on bus....

The apartment has everything you need and has been updated nicely. It’s very close to a beautiful beach.

the chickens in the neighborhood are a bit loud and annoying - sleeping in is a bit difficult but since we were up early to explore the island it didn’t bother us that much

Location was amazing! We walked to the Slack Key performance and the beach at Nepali. We walked to the beach at Kapalua. We walked the IntraCoastal Trail and saw turtles. We went to Kapalua - Honolua store for delicious carry out, breakfast and mass at the Catholic Church next door. Nice pool and hot tub! Kitchenette was nice - we cooked breakfast everyday.

Next door neighbor has chickens that squawked 3:30 - 6:30.

Hidden gem in a very good central location for snorkeling. Very well equipped since it’s also a time share. Love to have in unit washer & dryer + very well stocked kitchen. 2 bathroom in some 1BR is a luxury ! Nice to hang out at the jacuzzi after surfing or long day hiking.

Too many roosters all over the property waking us up every morning at 5am… Wish they would store more free beach chairs, snorkels, toys, coolers… like many other hotels do in the area.

I like that it’s more quiet, homey, and comfortable then a hotel or resort.

I don’t like that you aren’t able to check in till 4. I was even asked before I arrived what time I’d be arriving and I told them but they never responded back to me saying it was okay or not available for early check in.

I liked that it had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, a kitchen and dining room and 2 closets in the bed room. The place was fully stalked with everything we needed. Lastly, it was a 5 minute walk to Napili Bay beach and Kapalua Bay which were such amazing beaches.

It has mini ants in the kitchen and my husband had to kill a roach on of the days. I didn’t see any roaches. Thank God. The tile on the floor needs updating but everything else was pretty good.
