This resort is perfect for what I was looking for. The rooms aren't the fanciest, but they are very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed both restaurants, and the beach access is simple and easy and incredibly beautiful. It was a fabulous couple of days. But what stands out even more is the staff. We were there during the fire in Lahaina, and it was a scary experience. Many of the staff who made it in to work lost their homes and were experiencing personal trauma. Despite this they talked with us, helped us, and both restaurants cooked up all of their food for the guests many of whom had no food. I was blown away by their kindness and compassion. They wouldn't accept our money, and one man told us "we're all in this together." Talk about aloha.

We loved this place. The unit was perfect for 2 people, clean and comfortable, nice kitchen, but the ocean front view was everything, amazing, nothing between you and the ocean, sunset on the balcony was a nightly routine. Didn't really need the A/C, unit has a great cross breeze going, slept to the sound of the surf. Steps to the pool, Gazebo Restaurant and Napili Bay, short walk to Kapalua Bay. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it, but if I were being picky I would say it could use a couple power strips by the bed to plug in our devices.

Beautiful location with manicured gardens. We loved our patio and furniture which was quite private. Whole wall is glass with a slider to patio.Unit had a spacious bathroom w a double sink and large closet with a safe.

The unit had a full kitchen which was larger than necessary, too much unusable floor area. It was very well equipped .Sitting area has lovely furniture but only one chair faces the tv. Of course looking at tv while in beautiful Hawaii is a personal choice! The bed and bedding were very nice as was all the decor. Unit has an old Hawaiian vibe which we enjoyed. Lovely full length shutter windows for fresh air with privacy and blackout drapes on slider.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Bus stop is right there.

Not very resort-like. Stingy with bath products and coffee, plus no cream or sugar for room. No shuttle. There's a busy breakfast restaurant next to the oceanside pool that has a long line of customers from 730-2. The line crowds the small pool deck. Beach access was far from ideal. Service at the 5315 restaurant was terrible. No tv in bedroom.

The location! So close to napili bay, the most beautiful beach, comfortable and clean. Great bbq set up, breakfast at the Gazebo to go was perfect for spending a day lounging in the sand near by, great snorkeling near by saw lots of wild sea life. The room was clean with a great little lanai, it was also so quiet after 10 pm. I will definitely come back.

That we couldn’t stay longer. Also it would have been great to have beach chairs available for use, or at least a couple more beach towels, than the two provided.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The grounds were gorgeous with easy access to the beach and ride pools. The on site restaurants were both amazing. Our room was excellent and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our vacation such as a full kitchen. The location was great and it was easy to get to the places we were going each day. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful furnishings, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, pool was close.

The only thing I didn’t like were the delivery trucks coming and going from The Gazebo. Next time, I’ll just stay on the other side of the complex, in E or F.

great for a family. not so great for an anniversary.

thought I had reserved an ocean view room. it was across the lawn with some obstruction from the gazebo restaurant. not what the picture showed. they led us to believe the restless open. it was not. closed due to some issue in the kitchen. the beach access was detoured and harder to get to.

Loved the layout of the resort and the beach right there was fantastic! Very cozy place. Great restaurants too! I would defiantly come stay here again it was so nice and fair price.

The room we stayed in had a lot of light coming into the room from a window over the front door and there was a window over the shower in the bathroom. I didn't like the light for sleeping at night. but also we had a toddler with us and the light made it harder for him to go to sleep too. We ended up getting black trash bags and taped them over the windows. Thank you to the front staff for getting us the trash bags!

The apartment's have all the basic facilities to kook and a large fridge. The room was cozy with a nice balcony at the side of the garden. The garden is nice and green and there it's not noisy. The hotel has two swimming pools. The beach is rocky but it's only a short walk to the hotel next door that does have a nice sandy beach. We also appreciate the free parking next to the room. We also enjoyed the restaurant which is separate from the hotel but on the same property.
