I don't know where to start... the house in the middle of the jungle... the shower/hottube in the middle of the jungle... the open-minded people (incl. the area arround)... the possibility to feel free and nude where-/whenever you want... i think there's a maximum of 10 guests if it's fully booked, so you can get in touch with everybody if you like.... check-in was super easy and uncomplicated... Ashton and his partner are super nice hosts and care a lot that you feel comfortable, there are really great.... the wifi was top, it was very clean at all and the kitchen is well equiped... i'll definitly come back... highly recommended for mind-opend (naturalist) people...

Nothing... everything was top... maybe good to mention: it's in the middle of nowhere (but good to start all trips), so maybe be prepared and buy everything you need (food) on the road somwhere, so you don't have to drive out the area all the time (there's also a little corner store and with little street food 4 miles away)...

This has been our most remarkable stay in a lifetime of travel. We really felt welcomed and as soon as we got home we re-booked for a return stay. Honestly, nothing.

It was very unique. Had beautiful grounds and a great wooden hot tub. Close to a great beach. Did not get to meet host but was able to get situated and comfortable on my own.

It is not for everyone, but outstanding for the right people looking for a unique experience. I had zero interaction with anyone and was surprised that there were not more people visiting. When I first arrived, I did not feel comfortable and thought I made a mistake. Even by my standards, it was a bit awkward just walking into a house without any host. However, it did not take me long to begin seeing all the potential. I will return.

The palm suite unit was clean and had a private bathroom. The wifi was fast and the TV also comes with streaming services. The other guests were very friendly and Matt and Steven were nice and available if we needed anything. This suite is also the most private because it is a separate entrance from the rest of the house, so that is something to be aware of.

This place is amazing! We were there for 3 days and it definitely wasn’t long enough. The clothing optional black sand beach is incredible. Matt went above and beyond by finding two people to do a couples massage for us! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax every evening but the outdoor shower was my favorite place. Do something good for yourself and go stay here a couple days! 💜

Maybe the frogs just outside in the garden room but they offer ear plugs and we switched rooms without problems so no worries. It's nature after all

Beautiful and welcoming queer retreat with top-notch facilities and an amazing garden. The Garden Oasis room is a gorgeous screened-in terrace, the perfect place to dream with the vibrant sounds and scents of the rainforest all around you. Two inner guestrooms are also available if you prefer a dryer and quieter experience. We enjoyed socializing with the friendly host and other guests in the shared areas, and heard great things about the weekly gay BBQ event on Mondays.

The accommodation was great. Loved the garden room with the sounds of nature. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a great relaxer at the end of a busy day. Accommodation was close to the volcanoe park and in a great, friendly community close to the beach. Travel was necessary to other parts of the island, which is a normal expectation when visiting Big Island.

it was a secluded paradise. Great little home stay. Matt and Houston could not do enough for us. Matt was willing to accompany us to the neighbouring town and recommended some great places to eat: As a result of a social event held at the property, we made some incredible friends. The black sand beach is 5 minutes walk away and Matt provides all the equipment (towels etc) you need at no extra cost. The kitchen access was handy due to the remote location. The gardens are well tended to. the clothing optional really is just that. there is no pressure either way.

There was nothing we didn’t like…but be aware that the village has zero facilities so you must have a car as the nearest store is a 30 minute drive. The other thing to be aware that this is in the outback as it were. You will be surrounded by nature and all her bugs and plants! as city dwellers, this was a true experience.

It was comfortable and friendly. The room was quiet with a good bed and shower, just duenersyrs from the main living area. We enjoyed the kitchen and deck. Location is great, easy to find, close to beaches, farmers market, hot springs and yoga/dance opportunities.
