Excellent hotel, very pleasant in all aspects. The room was large, clean and well designed, the hotel staff very professional and friendly, the parking spots plenty, and the location looked very good, with several restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of choices. We stayed only one night though, but we'd surely like to come back and stay longer.

Rather a small thing, but it's the first time we had in a hotel room a card with a reminder to tip the housekeeper via a mobile app. We certainly value the housekeepers' work and usually leave a tip in cash, but the reminder on the card felt like an obligation. Plus, the prospect of downloading yet another mobile app wasn't too exciting for us.

Dog friendly for a $75 fee. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had leak in ceiling due to room above us late first night. Maintenance arrived quickly and addressed our concerns and front desk was attentive and next morning we were moved to new room and given amenities to make up for our inconvenience. Was handled perfectly and professionally.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming according to my husband.

The rooms were so well arranged. Lights above and around bed were fabulous especially the dimmable ones above the bed. Room was arranged so smartly in that one person could work late at the desk and not disturb the other. Loved the many options to plug in devices. So important for me to be able to plug my iPad in the light receptacle. Also, thank you for dispensers of soap in shower. Great way to conserve plastic and container use.

Pet charge was shockingly high. Your pet gift was lovely, but a waste of cardboard for the box it came in. Can you find a way that all the little items inside are not l individually wrapped in Plastic and not use that box. I left ours, hoping you will reuse it.. Also, I am guessing the gift simply added to our costs. Or give nothing at all to us. They are after all…..pets.

This is our “must” place to stay when visiting family in Boise. Always pleasant staff and breakfast always plentiful.

There was a girls rugby team in town for a tournament. They were all very nice young ladies. However, in the future maybe think about putting them on the first floor and not the fourth so that those of us under the fourth floor can get some sleep lol

Everything!! The employees were amazing, the room and bed were spectacular, and breakfast was delicious! We drove from Wyoming to Boise for the night, and then we were headed to Washington State in the morning. This was our best choice for the last night on the road. We've stayed in 12+ hotels since June, and this is, by far, the best hotel we chose. I definitely re recommend it!!

I already have a high standard of Marriott & this facility topped it! STAFF: We got delayed so I contacted the hotel about a late check in & Will put me immediately at ease! He was so kind & promptly left a note on our reservation! Once we arrived Maurine was so warm & welcoming which was extra impressive due to the late hour! ROOM: From the lobby to the room everything was sparkling clean, modern & cozy! As for every reader’s number one concern - THE BEDS - were very comfortable, much softer than most hotels I’ve stayed in!

No complaints! Truly my husband & I have marked it so we can come back our next time in town!

The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was friendly.

The mattresses need to be rotated as there are big indents in them. Housekeeping needs to do a better job replacing used items, and cleaning the room, ie empty the trash, replace coffee, replace tissue box. I asked for this to be done twice and it was never done.

The rooms are very quiet, spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are nice. I especially took notice of the nice sofa bed. We did not need it this trip, but it will be greatly appreciated when it is needed.

The workout room was small. It did not have a great selection of equipment.

The breakfast of real friend red potatoes, and the egg omelet type thing with peppers and cheese were well done. The sausage patty was just fine too. The coffee was so tasty we stayed in the lobby long enough to have a second cup before hitting the road! We usually feel the need to go out and buy coffee after the first cup at a hotel.

The room was a nice layout I liked the west elm daybed trundle the look and feel was very nice and comfy

I would’ve liked to see a hot tub in the pool area that’s always a nice addition and it’s what I personally think of when I stay in a new hotel “ I can’t wait to go for a swim then sit and soak in a heated spa!”
