Friendly staff, clean facility.

The coffee at breakfast tasted like hot water all five days we were there. Would it not be a detriment to your hotel if I and others would switch brands to another provider just because the morning coffee is so substandard? Just wondering. We will stay with you again, one more time, but if this coffee thing is not addressed, we are no longer with you. Address this seemingly insignificant thing and you might see greater occupancy rates. I am certain of this.

This hotel is in a great location at the junction of I-84 and Eagle Road just west of Boise. It's sleek and modern. It seems to be more suited for young business travelers rather than families. The entry area has a lot of desks, lounge areas, and a pool table. Breakfast was included.

The rooms are tight - almost more like studios. The shower door should have been cleaned before our stay.

Could have been cleaner. One wall had something spilled on it and the wastebasket in bathroom had something smeared on it

Lots of convenient parking, quiet location, very nice indoor pool. Wonderful room that was very well appointed. Staff was exceptionally friendly courteous and helpful.

Breakfast hours were a little short and they ran out of food early. A little off the beaten path depending on where you are headed, but very convenient to major thoroughfares. The lighting in room was a little too dim and sparse in the workspace area.

Hilton did their research on this minimal progressive room concept and offered environmental sustainable options. The room was comfortable, but spartan. The lobby encourages interaction and is a fun place to hang out. Great staff at the front desk. Breakfast was okay, but nothing the scream about.

Not sure, but healthier food options for breakfast could make the offering better.

The hotel was well located for us, since we were attending a function in Kuna. We were very pleased with the hotel’s lobby and outdoor area by the main entrance - lots of seating pods available. The hotel reminded us of the WakeUp Copenhagen, where we stayed in 2014. Small, efficient rooms and a similar lobby were highlights of the hotel, and we loved it! Good job, Hilton!

I do like a real closet in my room.

The lobby was designed well, comfortable, plenty of things to do with games, pool tables, gym and hot tub. Room was clean, also designed well, modern and quiet. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection.

The parking lot/ getting in and out of the center is a huge pain, but not the hotels fault.

Loved the fact that there was breakfast with lots of extras like sprinkles for the pancakes. The breakfast was well thought out. Please provide almond milk for the cereal and coffee, or some non dairy alternative.

I was disappointed at the absence of a dairy free alternative for the coffee and cereal. I didn’t not like the amount of people who were coughing in the adjoining room and in the communal areas.

great location right off the highway

our bathroom wasn’t clean, there was spit and hair all over the sink & mirror. front desk assistant had to clean it. she was really nice to us, just really frustrated that the maid didn’t do he/she’s job correctly when she was the only one there checking people in and having to do the maids job on top of everything else. She did this for a couple of costumer’s room. it just gave me the creeps that the maid didn’t fully clean the room even though there was a Covid clean sticker on our room door. so gross. I’ll never stay there again.

Location (right off the freeway& close to top golf) was great.

Entering the parking was a little confusing if coming from a certain direction. The main turning entrance was from only one side of the rd with no median to make the turn from the other direction.
