It is in a great location near restaurants and entertainment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotless, which is a huge plus.

Bed was not comfortable. I've stayed here before, and this location had a breakfast that was not good. I didn't try it this time. Maybe it's better than a year ago, but I just skipped it. The room is huge, but the bathroom is tiny. The door barely misses the toilet when you close the door. You walk into the bathroom up to the tub, past the toilet, and then you can close the door. It's kind of awkward

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, offering a perfect overnight retreat. Truly, it would have worked for a much longer stay. The included breakfast, while not haute cuisine, had a nice array of choices.

The trick $8 bottle of what I thought was complimentary water. "How nice, I thought" until I broke the seal and saw that I had just spent $8 for a 24 ounce bottle of Évian.

The breakfast Needed more protein choices. The Canadian bacon was dry. The potatoes were blah the waffles were tasty if you can do carbs

The giant spider!!that was in our room!! It was the same color as the carpet so I did not see it right off. Good thing my husband did! He stomped on it immediately! Pink mold in the shower

This hotel is fantastic. The people who work here are the real rockstars and they need to be applauded and thanked by name. Really convenient location, great breakfast selection and nice spacious room.

It was incredibly noisy and people were shouting at each other in the hallway. The doors constantly opening and closing kept us awake. Also, when we pulled out the pull-out bed it was obvious someone had already slept on the sheets and there were crumbs all over it. Super surprised for a place like this. I also thought the door into the bathrooms were silly; you could barely open the door and get in around the toilet.

Comfortable bed, top floor, nice and cozy temperature. The entire staff was quite friendly and the evening meal and breakfast buffet were definitely above average.

No manager on duty, and the outside grounds were a bit dirty. One of the few hotels with an indoor pool but no hot tub, the bar/restaurant was tiny and not what I expected.

Clean room, lots of space. Pool was nice and big, and clean. Cute view of the geese and ducks. Nice to have a bath and shower option in the room.

Breakfast wasn't fabulous, could have used some additional options like fresh fruit, instead of just canned. Forgot key in room after using the pool, and the morning front desk attendant kept taking phone calls and never once looked my direction. Fridge in room is a little small.

The room was very spacious - I loved having a couch with a little bit of privacy from the beds , and a separate sink by the kitchen area. Breakfast was really good - probably the best hotel continental breakfast I had all summer. The pool was very popular, though I didn't have time to use it. Staff was very friendly. We could walk to restaurants.I appreciated the workout room as well. Easy access to highway and shopping - it was just what we needed for a family road trip.

The fan/AC was a little loud at night- but not sure there's much to be done about that.. The hotel is located in the midst of strip malls - which was actually walkable and worked well for us. Workout room was a little small, and no weights.

We loved the lobby and the breakfast was great! The halls were lit nicely and the pool was fun.

Our room was still dirty and the bathroom door didn't latch or lock properly. Our AC unit wasn't working and there were crumbs and trash under the couch/pull out bed. Our bedding was stained and our pillows had long hairs all over them.

Breakfast dry cereal was not nutritious: cherios and a sweated cinnamon something instead of corn flakes, raisin bran, and granola; and, no variety of fresh fruit and corn syrup based jam.
