The breakfast was great. I especially liked the pancake machine. The cleaning staff person was very sweet and friendly. As were the front desk employees. I stayed three nights. They also took care to remove the snow.

Noon checkout time would be better. Two pm check in time would be better. I was stuck indoors for a day due to snow. It would have been nice to remodel with a nice sitting area for a change of scenery.

we found a "pill" on the floor (a vacuum could have picked up) they gave us a hassle about our service dog but the manager was called and it was taken care of...their included breakfast was a joke all we got out of it was orange juice...and the price you quoted was not what we paid and she had an attitude about it....true it was only a few dollars more but I'm a tight budgeter sooooo we have stayed at this Super 8 many times but this time was not the best...not your fault. We did enjoy our vacation regardless.

We could get a room big enough for my husband and I and 4 children without having to pay for a second room. Or have portable cots brought in. And it wasn’t super expensive either!

The toilet had dried urine on the base where it attaches to the floor. Didn’t affect us at all, but shouldn’t be there

Location is perfect

The bathroom was a tad run down, hair in the tub and didn't have a roll of toilet paper. There was also hair on the floor in the bathroom.

Beds were great although a little high to up on for the elderly. The breakfast was nice and a good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no kind of slip prevention in the bathtub. And couldn't get the heater to be consistant in it's running. No matter how we triedl.

Close to banks and stores, and a 10 or less minute drive to Coeur d’Alene resort

Room service never came to restock or reset the room.

The fact there is no elevator and no pool. No elevator is terrible for disabled people with bad knees. The personnel said, it’s only 14 steps! 😡

Easy check in, no nonsense facilities, American style breakfast, big free parking lot. Booked after consulting the reception, via booking it was 15% cheaper !

I can’t think of anything

The breakfast was excellent! We've never seen before a machine that cooks pancakes, and we also thought the scrambled eggs was very good.

In our room (211) there is a squeaky floor.
