It was a nice room layout and quiet. Great amenities. Appreciated the location for the value. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little warm even with the air conditioning unit going, but it was also a hot day.

It was very close to airport. A few blocks. Basic & very comfortable when you need sleep & quiet. Nothing fancy. It’s located in an industrial area by the SUN Valley airport. Staff was friendly & helpful. Complimentary Coffee, tea & ice at front desk. A short drive or medium to long walk will get you to restaurants that have good tasting food. “Shorty’s” is friendly & has Yummy diner food! “Taste of Thai” is friendly & has delicious Thai food! Gas station tanks closest to airport didn’t work & not particularly friendly. Further into center of Hailey had larger gas station to fill our rental car.

Danelle the Inn manager and staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. She went above and beyond for us anytime we had a question or was looking to go somewhere. The room was very nice and comfortable. This was a great place for us to stay on our trip through Hailey.

Laundry facilities were a welcome bonus. Location was great. Short distance to town center. Staff guided us to great restaurants and owners dog Percy was a treat. He loves to greet new visitors.

Bed was too soft & springy for our liking.

The room was spacious and laid out well. The kitchenette was very nice. Everything was extremely clean for my specific room. The coffe was surprisingly decent.

Didn't appreciate the upstairs unit having loud people. The building is old so I guess there just isn't any, or much, insulation between floors. But at least they went to bed by midnight.

Very clean, walkable to coffee shops and restaurants, very reasonably priced. The front desk person was super welcoming!

Good location, reasonably priced, very comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff.

Our next door neighbor kept their television going almost all night long our first night, making it difficult to sleep. Not your fault, but maybe you could suggest quiet hours from midnight to 6:00 am or something like that.

Pet friendly rooms, trails right outside our door. End room was fabulous.

Room was cold when we first got there. It took over 16-20 hours to warm up.

This property was very close(walking distance) from the airport which was the most convenient part. Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfrotable.

Second stay here and will stay again. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are super clean. The remodels and upgrades are very nice. Wifi connectivity was easy and had a great signal. Hot tub was open and we enjoyed the heck out of it. Didn't bring our snowmobiles this year, but did last year and there is plenty of parking.

We were in 402 and the lighting left a little bit to be desired. We brought our own pillows as the ones provided are a little light for our taste. Those things aside, we'll stay here every time we come to Hailey.
