The studio room was spacious, almost like a small apartment. Plenty of work space, large sofa and large bathroom surfaces for toiletries. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was pretty good. A small convenience store at the reception desk was a life saver after a long, hot day.

The bed was cranky. The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. I think the furniture is getting old. In addition, we heard noise from the next rooms - apparently the noise insulation is not great.

Clean. Quiet. Reputation of Marriott. Reasonably priced. Protein options for breakfast. Accessible location. Plan to stay again.

Room looked VERY clean. Smelled a bit musty but that’s from past guests ~~ hard to remove smells. Staff did their very finest to make it as clean as they could. My husband thought a few more signs regarding breakfast would be helpful

we own a Tesla and had to go to Pullman, WA to charge it as there were no chargers at the Fairfield. actually there was only one EV charger in the entire city of Moscow. I would think adding Tesla or EV chargers at the hotel would be a great benefit for future guests. we won’t stay again at the Fairfield without them. we will stay at the hotel that does.

Breakfast was good. Location to university great. Front desk woman excellent.

Noise in the hall outside our room very apparent. Noisy walker upstairs. Side door entrance Didn’t open with my key card. Had to walk around to the front entrance.

We really liked this hotel. It is across the street from U of I, and within walking distance of a couple of fast food places. We were able to use the pool and the fitness room, but we needed to make appointments. The breakfast was quite nice for Covid-era. There were packaged breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit and a small selection of bagels and pastries to go with the yogurt, juice, milk and coffee. We are planning on staying again when we come back in a few weeks.

We didn't find anything we didn't like---it snowed 3 inches the night we were there and parking lot was plowed and the sidewalks shoveled and salted before we left our rooms at 9:30. Very impressed with how well-coordinated the staff was.

Hotel is very clean and close to the University and downtown Moscow. The staff were very friendly and always there to help. Definitely would stay here again.

Breakfast was fine, fast and easily available. Staff VERY attentive, friendly. My sister and I in town to help daughter move. The room was very comfy and so clean. We slept in and almost missed the moving chore!

All was great. I left my pillow in the room and when I called they offered to mail it to me! So helpful. But it was easy to replace so I declined.

I liked being able to check in a little earlier & having the option to be able to stay an additional night w/o having to move rooms. Cleanliness of the room is excellent & trusted. Staff seems friendly & understanding of the fact that I am medically exempt from being able to wear a mask as it is a very sensitive subject for me & causes a lot of anxiety to have to explain for fear of being verbally attacked.

Noise level isn't perfect but I should've brought a fan. Breakfast wasn't too impressive at all. Between 2 toilet paper holders in the bathroom maybe a total of less than 1 actual full roll. Kind of embarrassing to have to ask for another roll but then again we decided to stay an additional night; being 2 nts instead of just 1.

the receptionist was great and very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and appreciated it.

I thought the breakfast was a little skimpy

Loved the staff they was very friendly, loved the breakfast,close location from the university, parking was ok. Easy check in and out.

Had to ask to change bed linens,the bed had hair and glitter on them,from the looks bed sheets were not changed,we resolved the problem.clean sheets should be crisp and smooth,the linens were very wrinkled,plus I had to change them myself.
