A Man with a white shirt and black shorts, always on his phone in the lobby, outside in the parking lot , as if he doesn’t trust people, staring, some cultures don’t view it as RUDE. Very unwelcoming!! More attention could be given in deep cleaning the rooms. Air conditioner was dirty, toilet seat was half off it’s screws, flooring in the bathroom as well walls could use some repairing, and mold under caulking. looks nice but done on a shoe string. Sorry I didn’t take photos, I’m a chemo patient and it didn’t cross my mind til now.

The room was very clean, well laid out and of a good size; breakfast was good. There is ample parking and the hotel is within walking distance of grocery stores and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although there is no elevator, there was an offer to assist taking bags upstairs. The hotel was very good value for money - I would stay again.

Location difficult to locate. Signage on access to parking lot road needs to be more visible from 21st street.

Indoor pool area musty and air conditioning/circulation was poor. The indoor atmosphere in the pool area was borderline sauna conditions.

An excellent place to stay. Staff were very welcoming and a very good varied breakfast was included. The place was very clean and comfortable.

It was a little tricky to figure out how to get into the parking lot.

Staff were very accommodating and lovely to speak to. I needed a makeup wipe and it was very late at night but the staff still went above and beyond to find me one.

we stayed two nights one night apart. the man that checked us in on day 1 was awesome and great!! The second was ok but did not have the response or personality of the 1st. The morning lady was awesome also!! Breakfast was good. Small but adequate. Parking was clean, garden space was clean. They are in the middle of painting, but no issues. I like the people!

Hard to find, hidden behind other buildings and businesses. This is common for the area and other hotels.

The staff was very accommodating. The front desk clerk Susan was great during our reservations, check in and during our stay. She was welcoming and we would stay there again.

The staff are the best!!

It's so old and run down. Carpets, beds, chairs bathrooms EVERYTHING NEEDS REPLACED.

We were able to bring our dog and let her play in the adjoining lot. The lady who checked us in, moved us to a room close to the door so we could get her in and out quickly.

The couch looked a little old and worn.
