The staff was really nice. I can’t remember her name, but she works from like three to nighttime I guess. She was very helpful, and I really appreciate that she helped me out with a charger. She is really the only one that I interrupted with at the hotel, and I really want to give her a shout out.

There was actually nothing that I didn’t like. I wish that the little bistro had an hour or so during the lunchtime, but other than that, the day was great! Especially since it was a very last-minute reservation from a canceled flight.

Clean spacious rooms that were quiet and comfy. Good filtration system indoors (it was smoky outside due to wildfires). Nice gym area with good treadmills and nice set of weights. 24/7 desk with a little market. Option for late checkout. Drop off/pickup point for bus to Spokane or Lewiston, ID.

Market could use some healthier options like fruit and yogurt. At least some orange juice in the cooler, please. Most of the options in the market were wine, beer, sugar sodas, candy, and microwave noodles. Not appetizing at all. That said, I appreciated that they at least had some postcards of the Palouse. Coffee maker in room was very cheap and coffee quality quite poor. A nespresso machine (or at least a Keurig) would have been better.

I thought my booking included breakfast at first, then it turned out my package didn't include the breakfast unless I paid for it. It's a little sad.

The front desk assistant wasn't very friendly and professional. He gave me the key card written 207 Room. After I tried several times and failed, I returned to the front desk, and he just simply said "oh I gave you the wrong number without any apology. It made me feel uncomfortable and definitely not a polite gesture.

The room was cooled when I arrived, it smelled fresh, was super clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortably. Having food/coffee onsite is great and parking is ample. Staff is very friendly.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had an outdoor pool, but the water looked murky and nobody else was spending time in or around the pool so I didn’t go in. Not sure it would have even been refreshing since it was 100 outside.

The hotel was very convenient for WSU events. When we arrived, we noticed how clean and modern the property was. Our room was spacious and had lots of storage to put everything away and keep it t out of site.

In the morning the wait for food was longer than I had expected due to staffing. Next time I will plan better for that possibility.

I would not say that I didn't like but more would be beneficial to deep clean the shower heads periodically. Pullman has hard water and shower heads tend to show you just that. The hard water will clog up the individual spray nozzles and redirect the spray pattern.

Waiting in line for breakfast. We had prepaid for breakfast but still had to wait with all the others that still needed to pay. Short staffed in kitchen, food choices limited.

Great location. Very close to WSU. Very friendly staff. The gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food at the little Cafe was unexpectedly very good! Try the Flatbread pizza and have them cut up some sausage for on top. Omg! The burger was also good. The fries were amazing. Check out the seating in the lobby. There are some funky chairs that are super comfy and cool booths with tvs in it. I've never actually hung out in a hotel lobby before. It was fun! We also tried out every chair style and sat by the fireplace for a bit.

The huge outdoor hottub definitely could have been cleaner, but it was snowing and I was the only person crazy enough to sit in the hot tub during a windy snow storm. Our room didn't have a microwave. We ordered a lot of food from the restaurant downstairs and didnt have a way to heat it later.

The breakfast was good, but for what we paid for the room, it should have been included in room rate. They did provide a shuttle to take us close to the football stadium.

I loved the friendly and patient staff. The rooms were absolutely awesome. Clean and nice. Bathroom was spotless and elegant. Bar was not too expensive and food was amazing.Hotel lounge areas were great. Great outdoor patio with fire pits.

Pool is tiny.
