At check in we were able to get all five rooms on same floor and very close together on the 3 rd floor that had been redone Close to family we were visiting Bed and pillows were great first set or towels were old and thin 2nd set were much better

Breakfast was just ok Eggs and sausage had a bad taste Pancakes good Limited flavor of yogurt

Great location, close to interstate and shopping about a mile each direction. Has potential to be a great property

I know properties need to stay open during construction, BUT having 2/3 of hotel inaccessible with no working elevator and only rooms on 3rd FL is alot to ask. Very, very sparse breakfast area (also under construction), no gym and workers everywhere made a comfortable room not so comfortable.

Room was very nice, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I was given a room right near the elevator for easy in and out access. It was very quiet as I was not on top of the elevator button near it.

I called the front desk very late in the evening several times with no answer. I have demagnetized my entry room key and needed a replacement. It wasn’t until I arrived back at the hotel that the person had returned to the front desk.

beds comfortable, room clean , location good, staff friendly! didn’t get to use the pool , but it looked nice .

the breakfast is highly lacking compared to other places we’ve stayed for around the same price , and the breakfast area wasn’t kept stocked or very clean …. I’d say this is really the only department that is lacking ! the pool hours could use extended …. when you come to stay to go do something….. but can’t use the pool after b/c they close it too early.

There was plenty of food at breakfast, and the juice and coffee were good. The lobby and breakfast area were inviting and well laid out. I'd wanted to use the pool but ran out of time; it looks nice though. The room was a good size, nice to have a couch as well as a king-sized bed!

I was using the extra hand towel in the bathroom then noticed the ragged edges; it was a rag that I'd wiped my hands on, so I didn't know whether I'd rubbed chemicals on hands and face! My husband hoped for hot eggs, but I felt the breakfast was nice. A decaf coffee option would be appreciated. Thanks.

We were up on the second floor, and it seems alot of families with kids were on the first floor. Really appreciated that, cuz we didn't have alot of kid traffi.

We wished the continental breakfast had a little more to choose from. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage etc. Plus it closed at 9:30. We were sightseeing and didn't get home till late. So most of the week we slept in.

Mobility Scooter access was superb! From car park to room with no obstructions including access to the lounge/breakfast area. The hotel is located close to major highways and there was adequate parking either in front of the hotel or all around the ground floor rooms. The bed was super comfortable and the room facilities made our stay very comfortable.

Breakfast was typical for this level of hotel however the use of the description 'Continental' might have been stretching the point a little.

Clean, convenient, stylish room with a sliding door you can go through to enjoy the courtyard. Accommodated my pet. The girl at the front desk was so nice, friendly and helpful. I’m not sure her name, but she was quite young and had glasses.

Neighbors woke me up in the middle of the night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

some part of the hotel were under renovation, so that was an eye sore. the tv in my room was not functioning. they stated that it would work shortly but it never did. regardless, i stayed in the room.

staff were friendly and welcoming!

carpets has stained in elevators, my room was clean and comfortable. the balcony glass was dusty, other than items mentioned , no complaints. I enjoyed my stay.
