great location. very clean. friendly staff.

Room was clean but not cozy. The rooms have vinyl like faux wood floors which are clean and modern but very noisy. The room above me was so noisy. My room was tiny and kind of looked like a jail cell as there was no decor or cozy blankets etc. So luckily I just needed a one night stay and this was good for that. I'll take clean any day but would have loved to see something a bit more cozy (bed spread with color, an extra blanket, wall art etc)

The price and quality of the room was better than I though it would be and better than other hotels in Bloomington/Normal. The room was clean and quiet and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I was not used to being on that side of town, but for the price, it was better than anywhere else that weekend. It was a bit out of the way for the area I wanted to be in, but it was not that big of a deal.

Both Ladies behind the desk we wonderful to work with. Great location. Loved staying here over the 4 years of my daughter going to college there.

I like that they let me see the room before paying, everything was clean and the place smelled great, everyone was very helpful I really enjoyed my stay

The pool wasn't in service

Breakfast was as expected.

I specifically booked this hotel because of the availability of having a pool, as listed on the website. However, upon checking in, we were informed that the pool was closed due to covid and that it was still closed due to mechanical problems. The employee told me that the website was supposed to have that noted. 😕

One staff member in particular was very nice and helpful. Her name is Kim and she went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable.

The toilet occasionally would not shut off and we would have to jiggle the handle to make it shut off.

Variety of breakfast items in the morning. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Convenient for a night stay.

Was slightly noisy when other people entered their rooms, kept hearing a random vibration tone throughout the night, Big mirror on the back wall of the bed kinda scared me.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious clean room. Wonderful price and value.
