I really liked the experience

When I got there I was told my reservation was canceled . Which I never did. Luckily they had a room and I had to pay regular price plus 50 dollar deposit for jacuzzi. This is just acceptable. I never cancelled my reservation. Not sure what type of business you are running. Is this a scam

ground floor, clean well maintained inn. breakfast bar was decent.

I could not find anyplace to hang my clothes. after I left the manager told me that there was a closet behind the mirror which was located next to the bathroom but not in the big empty space where a closet would normally be. also no baggage racks so we were tripping over our bags. for almost $300 a night I think they could afford to have 2 baggage racks and instructions as to how to find the closet.

It was very clean and quiet. The rooms were of adequate space and beds were very comfortable.

Don’t have any dislikes regarding this property that we had ran into during our stay. But not having an elevator may be an inconvenience to some.

Location was convenient for our travel. Quiet and away from major highway. Didn’t try the breakfast as wife has some food allergies and is quite sensitive about what she eats

Areas in the building were being painted and renovated. The closest door to our room was not available for use. Also, several of the exterior doors were not secured at night making us a bit uncomfortable about security. We experienced no issues but we were a bit unhappy about the situation

I had read reviews which reported that, although the exterior appearance of the motel was unimpressive, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. (We were especially appreciative of the refrigerator in ours because of my wife's medical condition.) We found those reviews to be accurate.

Breakfast was satisfactory. There was a big event in town and the room was full. Fortunately the lobby had several easy chairs for the overflow.

THe only item that needed addressing was the outside door lock toward the west parking lot was inoperative.

Staff wasn't clear about out to get to lactation of room. Didn't speak at all to us in morning and we were to only ones in dining room.

breakfast.... at 8:00am only 2 cold biscuits left, no eggs, very little gravy. tried to make waffles the mix splattered into cup and on my hand, they were thin and tasted disgusting. Orange juice was empty

Considering this was a fraction of the price of most larger hotels in the area ($75 vs. $170), I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was clean, check-in was smooth. The room was clean. The bathroom was re-done so it looked nice. The washer and dryer were new. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was not bad, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, juice and coffee. When they did run out, they promptly brought out more on request. I will stay here again.

The room was clean, but warm and smelly, no air conditioning on. We checked in and left for a few hours so it cooled off. The bathroom floor was dirty, the non-slip pads in the tub were gone so it was really slippery and the exhaust fan didn't work. There was no laundry soap in dispenser, had to wait for front desk to get some (Hailey was great, went out of her way and ran down the hall to get it). The pool surrounding deck was a little dirty, garbage laying around. My complaints were minor to me, so overall I was very happy.

Location was great for the places I was visiting. The staff was excellent, they were very friendly and helpful with our requests. The bed was very comfortable, much better than other hotel beds I've used in the last several years. A good value for the price paid.

The bathroom fan was quite loud and the lighting a little dim. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
