For what we paid for our stay there, one would expect perfection. Porch wooden slats for front steps were coming up and in disrepair and in my opinion were a safety hazard which could have caused my 93 yr old mother who was with us , to trip, or anyone for that matter, and fall. Needs to be updated for handicap specs. Microwave worked but touch pad was worn out. And some of the blinds were broken in some of the rooms. We were glad for three bedrooms, but they were cramped. Lighting was very dim in most of the rooms. Just needs a little “sprucing up”.

A three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a dining area, a living room, and a kitchen was the perfect size for our extra-long weekend trip to Chicago. We were shuttling between downtown and Evanston, and this was a great central location for us with ample and safe street parking.

There is almost nothing that can be improved to really improve the stay - the apartment was in decent shape, but maybe a touch-up here and there would improve things - like the stairs and outside door are a bit rickety (but don't seem unsafe)

The exceptional location, a spacious apartment, full kitchen, bathrooms with bathtubs, enough extras for your stay, clean towels, an apartment to repeat on our next trip.

The access stairs are very steep and have small steps, which makes it uncomfortable to carry bags or even suitcases, small rooms with queen beds, and I had to remove the carpet while I was staying, it had a strong smell and a lot of dust, the cleaning service forgot to clean this part, the bathrooms have a sewage smell all the time,

Great space to host my large family. Everyone had a comfortable space and could retreat to their rooms when needed. We used the kitchen and watched TV together which was lovely. All very comfortable. I love the area and walked to a couple of place from there. Parking was very convenient (street parking) as we had two car rentals.

Liked mostly everything! We wished we had 2 more blankets and a couple more towels. We never called the host because we were on a tight schedule. So I think it would have been provided if I called.

Lovely apartment; roomy, bright, clean, perfect location. Beds were comfy! Stephanie was a dream with prompt and efficient communication

Front door lock was wonky. Could use end tables for beverages, but small, unimportant details.

The location was FANTASTIC. It's only a short walk from the train station with lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Our favorites were right down the street, maybe a half block!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place was immaculate. The sweetest neighborhood. It was so quiet.

I enjoyed the location and the bars/restaurants surrounding the place! In addition, it was a fairly quiet area which made for a more relaxing place to be. The place was very spacious which was unexpected and having a full kitchen with dishwasher was awesome. Despite not spending time in the backyard it was beautiful and welcoming. All employees were extremely helpful in our process of checking in and being available throughout the stay when questions would arise!

There was a lot to love, but the sleep situation was not super comfortable - the beds were very creaky and overly soft and the sofa couch was super hard. Hopefully a simple mattress pad or sleeping bag could be offered to lay on top of the sofa to increase comfort.
