Very modern. Easy to get to Gateway Arch, Stadium, and Bush Brewery. Other places were not visited, but they were all in a central area. Metroliner tram was within two blocks of hotel and seemed safe.

Parking was almost two blocks away. Only close restaurant was Mexican and they were not open on Sundays. Only one coffee cup and coffee in room and did not replace it. No bathroom cups . Although there were quiet hours from 10 on, heard music late at night .

Kid friendly, and nice decor gave a new experience to the name hotel

The parking. Walking a block to your car is kind of a inconvenience. We did it with ease but like who wants too

My husband stayed here for a night after a concert. It was a cool looking place, clean, and nice! The breakfast and coffee was also delicious and they had a variety of options.

The only issue we had was with the shuttle. We got to the hotel parking deck around 11:00PM but were told the shuttle from the parking deck to the hotel ran 24/7. We ended up waiting for 50 minutes for the shuttle. The walk was by a subway station and not easy to maneuver in the dark, which is why we waited. We called twice and were told the shuttle would arrive in “10-15 minutes” each time. This situation is the only reason I’m giving 8/10 instead of 10/10.

Literally could not be easier to/from the airport, as long as the Metro is running: flat $2.50 each way. Take that, Uber. Lovely comfy courtyard and lobby; several great places to eat in easy walking distance (Retreat Gastropub, Vicia/Tacos Morita, The Foundry).

My only complaint is that when I arrived late due to a late flight, they had given away my room to someone else, and had to bus me to another hotel further away.

This is a newer Aloft, it was nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Though it is newer, the king room has been redesigned and is now much smaller than the older style Alofts. Even the bed seemed smaller. It was also set up for one person - one towel, one bottle of water. The bar was barebones, only Budweiser beers were stocked in bottles (I know, it's St Louis 🙂). The bartender was new, didn't even know what a white Russian was... but he was really nice. We had a great stay, I would recommend this place.

what I liked about the property was that the staff were so courteous and caring. i had a mishap in my room and they got me a different one and gave me complimentary breakfast. i didn’t have to pay for parking like i thought so that was good. maybe because it was the weekend so check first. the maintenance guy was sweet too & very helpful. I got into a car accident while visiting and Kathy & Courtney took such good care of us. I’ll never forget them ❤️ i loved the steamer in the room too! I’ll have to get me one.

what i didn’t like was the lack of employees so it makes it hard for the ones that are there which then makes it harder on the guests. the breakfast menu could be a lot better.. the eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, instant oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal.. the basics are all that are needed. also, a HOT TUB IS NEEDED. expeditiously

Loved the facility and the room. The desk workers were amazing and very welcoming. Room was clean and loved the layout. Would definitely stay here again..

I already knew about the parking situation, so it wasn't a surprise. The experience would have just been better with a different parking situation. With that being said, the shuttle drivers were great and 24 hours!

Overall, it was great. The hotel itself was great. The first floor has lots of things to do. The location was great. The beds were comfy. TV was great. It had coffee mashin that we did not use.

Room privacy was not the best, but the room was great except for the privacy with family.

Looked great! Nice array of amenities. Plenty of activities available right in the building. Friendly, accommodating staff — EVERYONE!

Parking was complicated and not that convenient. More food options in-house for evening would have been nice. Had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, which sounded really good.
