My breakfast was good. The building is beautiful and the staff I encountered was top notch. The area has a bunch of eating/drinking options and ways to entertain yourself without getting in the car. Nice grocery store across the street for treats for your room or a day in the park. Beautiful Forest Park and all that has to offer just across the street.

Toilet is a little close to the shower and TP. Took a while for the water to warm up in the shower, which after the first not checking before jumping in isn't a problem and funny random gurgling noises occasionally from the bathroom area. But none of this is a big issue as I understand this is a beautiful historic type building. Friend had the breakfast buffet and it was underwhelming for the price and just in general. Service was slow considering it wasn't busy.

The gentleman named Mark who works in the lobby was exceptionally helpful and friendly! He helped get our bags to our room and every day had a greeting and smile I asked his advice on how to get to the Muny and his suggestions were very helpful He was especially kind to our 9yr old granddaughter She is still talking about him He deserves special recognition!!

We were in room 373 There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling where it looks like a fire sprinkler should be It was not appealing and shoukd be fixed

We were warmly greeted by Kimberly & our room was available early. It was large, comfortable & very clean. We enjoyed beverages at The Chase Club & made new friends at the pool.

Only that one of the two fine restaurants onsite was open and the other was fully booked two weeks ahead of our visit. Not really a problem however with so many options in the area.

We loved every single thing about our stay!!!! Our 2 bedroom suite was elegantly beautiful & the perfect size for our family. We stayed 2 nights & didn’t expect housekeeping but they freshened our room anyway! The valet staff was absolutely exceptional, Christmas decorations were glorious, they have the fastest elevators ever!

The old elegance vibe was everywhere and I really loved the beauty and elegance and attention to details that are missing in modern hotels. The corner room I had was spacious and bright. I especially loved the fact that I could open the windows and enjoy the lovely breeze. The pool was lovely and the convenience of having more than one restaurant on premises was an added bonus.

Nothing. This is my third trip to St. Louis, first time in this hotel, but I'll definitely be stayi g here again when I return for work.

So many good restaurants within walking distance. Easy to visit cultural attractions from this hotel. For a summer vacation, the pool is very nice and food is available.

Sadly, one of the elevators was out all four days we were there. The staff was nice but when the computers went down at check-in the lines got long and sluggish.

The Chase is a getaway in itself! It's a beautiful property and has an awesome pool, it's own floral shop, Star Bucks, a movie theater and restaurants. We didn't leave the hotel. Very relaxing!

It was clean, beautiful, friendly staff. Housekeeping surprised us while we were gone and cleaned up our room and sheets. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Let us have an early check in and late check out. Gorgeous.

Bar seemed to ignore me, but was quick to give my husband drinks when we switched places. They were also slammed though.

The room and amenities were excellent. The location was so convenient to all we had planned to do. There were delicious restaurants in easy walking distance. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant we ate at (Chase Club). It was super convenient and fun to enjoy a theater movie inside the hotel!

The elevators malfunctioned several times while we were there.

The room was generous in space. The location was absolutely perfect. Plenty of options to eat in the hotel and surrounding areas. The outdoor swimming pool is large and heated. Staff were all smiles and very courteous upon arrival. Finally, it really feels like you are staying at a 4-Star property, which I appreciated.

I happened to book when there were several events (to include a wedding) going on so Valet Parking was slow (to be expected). I don’t think it would have been an issue on a different date. If you venture too far from the hotel, you can end up in a real sketchy part of Saint Louis in a hurry so be careful.
