The hotel was very clean in the lobby,our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.We will stay here again,if we are in nSt.Louis

we were on the 3rd floor,the ice machine didnt work,so i had to go to the 2nd floor. we had a hard time finding a cab,as we were going to Busch Stadium to a concert. we paid 15.00 to park in the hotel parking garage,and it was to far to walk. Checking out,only one lady,when there shouldve been 2 people,so she told us the Booking.com would give us a receipt. Ive always gotten a receipt at any hotel i stayed at

The view

I would’ve liked the sheets to be cleaner, had a couple stains. Not dirty just a light stain. I called 2x to from desk trying to locate the entry through the parking garage. I’d suggest a bigger sign or an extra sign closest to the entrance of garage with arrow. The male on duty never once said that the entrance through the garage is closed from 12am-6am. So my boyfriend walked a VERY long route just to turn around and have to walk out of the parking garage, to the front. (He just tore a ligament in his ankle.) I suggest the front desk tell ppl ahead that they have to come through the front from 12-6 or put it on the front door, instead of JUST the garage door entrance (bc tht was quite a walk, felt unsafe as is bc we were so late getting in, while in a confusing parking lot.

Everything was exceptional .

The only thing I didn’t like was the receptionist that checked me in didn’t add breakfast to my room after she offered it and told me what time it was at. So when I got down there I had a problem getting breakfast. I didn’t like that cause I was dressed in my robe waiting to get it taken care of so I can go back to my room and finish my stay before checkout.

parking seemed unsafe

Loved the location- walking distance to some stores, restaurants, and the park. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to train (couple of blocks), which we took from airport and back. Ubered to the arch. Great for those coming to Med Center- really easy access, and I believe all the rooms may be disability accessible.

No issues really-view was parking lot, but I didn’t request anything special.

My initial room location was on the 2nd floor facing the garage. Having a 4 night visit, I requested another room that faced the street. I was accomodated with this request on my second day.

My BIGGEST disappointment was that the bathtub stopper did not fully stop the tub (Room 805). I soak in tubs regularly, but did not request another room change because I did not was to deal with packing my things up and moving again. Another comment I need to mention is that the professional appearance of the desk staff should be paid more attention to by management, with regard to neatness and exposed stomachs...

The breakfast was very good and liked the variety offered. I liked having real dishes, cups and glasses.. The roon was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was great for us as I had a Doctor appointment across the street.

The shade on the window would not come up so we could outside. I told the lady at front desk about it at checkout.

I liked the location, and the comfortable bed and bedding.

I did not like having to keep the shades down because our window faced a parking garage. We had no daylight. And the self-park parking garage we paid for had very narrow spaces, and was open to the street without visible security.

Love the DoubleTree chocolate chip cookies! Quick, cordial checkin and no checkout needed. Comfortable king bed in a room with a nice view of the street. Glad I chose the view; rooms on the other side of the hotel faced the parking garage jut a few feet away.

The edges and corners of the bedroom and bathroom floors are a little dusty.

The all day warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were great. Whole Foods at easy walking distance was a savings too.

The bathroom had some rust in the tub and the carpets could use deep cleaning. In-room coffee was not very good but there’s a Panera practically across the street for breakfast.
