the cleaning is great the staff is friendly the cleaning ladies do their best to leave you the best they can to make you happy. the manager is very kind a woman that is the most incredible thing I have been to other hotels in the American Union and they are dirty and stinky of marijuana it is obnoxious if you travel with children, the price is good, I would say and besides everything the pool is clean .It is really great, the beds, finally, are the best, I hope it continues like this and that the lady manager continues

Based on the reviews I was a little bit nervous and maybe thought I was going to regret the choice. I had little to no complaint. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to receive extra bedding for the pull out. The breakfast was decent.

The only thing that was negative with our stay was the $150 charge noted on the front desk counter but not on booking.com and that the hot tub did not work. That said the $150 incidentals does not seem like it was applied to US unless it changes once the bank opens tomorrow. The elevator also seemed extremely slow that said it was functional and met our purpose!

The property was clean

I didn’t like being placed near people with pets, the breakfast in morning was horrible, and the indoor pool wasn’t my favorite at all. You guys have some sort of vent at the bottom of the pool that snagged my toes and everybody else who swam in there. My toes is still healing and was swollen for several weeks. It’s really not safe and you guys should fix that before someone gets hurts. it’s hard to avoid and depending how you step on it can do damage

The cost was good. it was close to everything. the staff was excellent

they were doing some updates n dumpster was in front parking lot. the hot tub we were told had been torn up for years. one room had water leak n water was in floor reported to staff gave us towels!! another room smelled like pickles-no matter what we tried to do

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. The location was pretty awesome, especially right across the street from Six Flags. My family and I will stay here again.

I believe maintenance was going on at my floor level. Although it didn't bother me, be mindful if guests need rest at certain parts of the day. Overall, it was a pretty decent stay.

The customer service was excellent during our stay. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay with our family comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I was in the city to attend my grandsons graduation from the navy. The location was perfect because it was close to the base.

The king size bed and they offered breakfast. No traveling to get breakfast. Also they were near restaurants and retail stires

Great room for price! Absolutely fantastic personnel! From desk to housekeepers and the man decorating outside with Christmas lights! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!! A++

Maybe time for carpet cleaning. And, not that you can control it, but being awoken by the dumpster truck next door and your building at 5:00am was an unwelcome wakeup.

The beds were very comfortable and staff was very nice, made everything super easy.

When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned by room service yet despite us showing up 3 and a half hours after check in. We also were not told about the 150 dollar deposit that takes 5-10 days to get back UNTIL we were actually checking in, it was a bit of a surprise and I no longer had money to cover our food.

The location was perfect for what we needed. I was also impressed with the staff. Great customer service. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable.

The elevator was slow and I was worried about getting stuck on one. The pool was a little cold and could use a makeover.
