The hotel staff was kind and courteous. The rooms were excellent. The breakfast was super nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The parking lot is secluded and needed security 24-7. We didn't feel very safe at night after returning to the hotel parking lot. It smelled of illegal drugs and alcohol. Please add security for your patrons safety .

Breakfast was okay, not a fan of the sausage, no variety from day to day. It was not bad but it was not exceptional.

TV in room didn't work with remote. I learned after I had unpacked so I decided to stay in the room and catch up on podcasts.

I was definitely comfortable! The lobby area was neat and clean and smelt really good like vanilla and cinnamon

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that my bathroom was not cleaned! There was soap residue in the shower like someone left a bar of Dial in the shower and it melted! The bathroom floors wasn't clean as well.

The breakfast wasn't great or appeasing to the eye, but I we did go and eat out. The breakfast could have had the homemade bread biscuits, real farm bacon. Grits and real eggs and apricot preserves.

Lighting and security access in the rear parking lot might have been better. Catalytic converter was stolen from my car. Car theft ring hit two hotels in the area - Comfort Inn Matteson and Hampton Inn-Homewood where a classmate of mine also had her catalytic converter stolen. Hotel was/is cooperating with local PD and did have security cameras in operation. I can't blame the Comfort Inn for what happened. They're victims of these theft rings as well.

The breakfast was excellent, and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite.

My key card was not opening my door. I had to continue coming from the 2nd floor back to the front desk. to get my card re activated. I was told to make sure no other device was close by like my cell phone in which Imade sure of.

The tv worked well. And the Wi-Fi was good.

When I first came in the room the bathroom curtain was not changed (could tell because it was dirty at the bottom). And the curtain was too short for the shower. Cleaning service only comes when we leave.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was very good and the kitchen assistant was very helpful and kept the area very clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and hotel was easy to find.

We had a two queen bed room for 4 adults and it was not very spacious but we made it work for the value.

I never had any breakfast. The room was comfortable and it was quiet.

I bought a soda from the 3rd floor machine and it said the cost was $3 but I was charged $7.50.

It was close to the city all the stores u need on the main road of the hotel

I didn’t like u had to ask for towels when they already know your staying for a couple of days
