location, breakfast, very friendly staff. nice room

toilet was child size. extremely painful for me with arthritis is legs and back. ants in bathroom. Not a lot but enough to notice. I advised managent in the morning. they were planning on taking care of it.

The staff was wonderful. Paul was a gem with helping me adjust back from my trip to India. And Nick was very nice as well. The kitchen staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful with getting me warm milk and a vegetarian menu.

I didn't like that the pool was not clean but that wasn't their fault the pool guy didn't show up for 4 days. But still after dealing with incredible jet lag it would have been nice to swim.

Great location. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was hot and plentiful. Shower was good.

Bed pillows small and very soft. Toilet too low- great size for a toddler. Loud rowdy guests not too far off our room making difficult to sleep. Not that everyone isnt entitled to their enjoyment, but there should be limits to extent of time. Midnight a little late.. Consideration for others paying too. NOT sure why cost for 2 nights increased by comparisons of future dates.

Location was great. It was kid friendly and the rooms were clean and I can see some updates

The breakfast was not good at all. My kids did not eat, we left both days at went to a restaurant. I know its continental but for the price, I did expect more and better quality. The sofa bed was terrible!!!! It was NOT comfortable and I had to ask housekeeping to fold it up (it was too difficult). It was the worst, the kids slept on the floor.

I stay here every time I come in to town. Because because I like the people that work here. They're very kind, The rooms are not overly special, but they are clean and comfortable and they do the job.

I really wish I could watch newsmax on t v, It's not Offered. And yes, I smoke cigarettes and that makes me bad in today's age. But I don't smoke in the building only outside. Those ashtrays outside need to be emptied more often, it's always so full you can't get even get one more in it. If I knew how to empty it, I would have done it myself.

I loved the staff. The front desk clerks were awesome. The dining staff were absolutely delightful. Staff gets an A+

The only complaint I have is that I wasn't aware of the housekeeping cleaning rule. Housekeeping must be notified the day before in order to clean your room. I would have liked my room cleaned daily. If you stay at this hotel for multiple days, let them know 24 hrs in advance that you want your room cleaned.

I enjoy staying at this place every time. I come in mostly because the people there always remember me. And that makes a big difference to me. I feel like part of their family.

I can't think of one thing that I disliked, They do everything possible to get you everything that you request. I guess the only thing I could say to make it better. Would b if they could figure out a way to make the temperature outside a little more comfortable everyday

The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options. It was better than I expected. I would stay there again if the large deposit isn't taken.

I didn't like the extra almost three hundred dollars they held on my bank account. It was on top of a 50 dollar deposit plus the price for my stay. This was unexpected and held for about a week. Even after the payment for the room was taken and 50 dollars given back. Only a few ants.

The lack of management of the dining area. There was a lady that had about 10 kids with her and she stood at the waffle maker and made about 15 waffles while people were standing in line waiting. The staff said nothing. I feel they should have supervised that situation better and told her she could do a few and then get back in line.

Great location, close to everything including stores and restaurants. The staff there were all amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, when we come visit family in Illinois, this is definitely where we’ll be staying.

Being short staffed, housekeeping was only every three days, which was understandable, but we never had anyone come clean the room and we stayed for five nights. The front desk staff was very accommodating though when we needed fresh towels and toilet paper, it just would have been nice to have the room cleaned.
