The location is right along the riverfront. Rooms on one side of the facility have a wonderful view, but others can enjoy the view on a comfortable patio setting. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets, and our chef was talented and very personable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Happy hour includes free drinks for guests. The lobby is large and inviting. Three glass elevators are also fast and efficient.

Upon check-in, you have to put down an extra $100 deposit for "incidentals," which includes $10/night for parking. (That extra is listed on the Embassy Suites website, but not the other reservation sites such as Booking.com, so that was a surprise.) A bottle of water in your room is $6, for example. They do refund the difference back to your credit card when you check out.

I’ve stayed here before but I didn’t stay this time so I don’t know what to do with it but I’m going to stay there until the end of this week because I’m going to go get my car and go to the doctor so I don’t have any more problems with my stomach or my heart and I’m not sure what to do because I haven’t been able to get the medication for my stomach or my anxiety so I’m not sure how to get the rest of my life back but I’ll keep my head up and keep you updated

Love the view of the river and like that it’s close to highway, restaurants & activities.

Breakfast setup was awful. We should not have to wait in line (and I mean ridiculously long line) to get a couple strips of bacon, or a couple sausages, or pancakes. These items should be in the buffet like it always has been in the past. STOP putting them with the omelet making line.

The management and housekeeping were very good. They were always attentive and caring and very prompt in their services request.

The beds had to be changed when I got there and the room temp seemed a little cold or kind of humid . Other than that it was good

How bed the room was

My room was dusty and the heat wasn’t working kept sneezing stain sheets on the bed had me nervous if they were clean or not as a former housekeeping supervisor at a different hotel I look for certain things when I come in a room

It was open and beautiful. The rate for a suite was less than a standard king at nearby hotels.

The open layout made it hard to sleep. I could hear the elevator, doors shutting, etc. A fan would have made all the difference, which was my mistake.

Maybe I missed it when booking through Booking.com but I did not see there was to be a $10 parking fee on the property. In addition, I was charged a higher room rate than what I had secured through Booking.com and it was adjusted after I brought it up, but still had (3) invoice changes sent to me for just staying one night. Surprised they had such a problem with getting the billing correct. Nevertheless, you should expect to pay $10 more than what Booking.com locks in if you're parking a vehicle on premise.

There breakfast her is always amazing. We love this hotel and alsways stay here when we are in town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would lrecommend this hotel to everyone. We have dogs and we love how they put us in a corner room away from other guests

Tub and toilet both need replacing. Breakfast staff were nice but overmatched. Waited 28 minutes for 2 orders of pancakes.

suites are nice...sofa beds are NOT comfortable. price for food a little high. Wish breakfast lasted a little longer but we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed with family!!

price for parking should be included with room.
