Everything only a minor complaint.

Room for improvement: When rooms are cleaned and set up for guests, teach the staff to turn the thermostat down so the room is cool. If the guest gets to the room and want it warmer they can adjust the thermostat themselves. When we got to our room yesterday, it was so hot that we never got it to cool down. We turned the heat down as low as we could get it but stayed quite warm. We finally turned the air conditioner on about 3am because we couldn't sleep and by 330ish we were finally able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Not a bad experience, but one that could be used as a learning experience for staff.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very responsive. My kids enjoyed the pool, esp that you could swim under a wall to outside. Unfortunately the spa was out for repairs. That would have been nice. One night, my youngest son had an allergic reaction. I had no Benadryl and was traveling alone with two kids under 7. I went to the lobby area where they had some snacks and basic toiletries for sale. Unfortunately no meds like Benadryl, claritin, or even tylenol. I talked to the front desk attendant who was wonderful. She understood the urgency and concern and gave me a Claritin from her own supply. I was able to give it to my son and saved a trip at 4 am to the urgent care or pharmacy. She was so awesome for doing this for us.

Older accommodations. Could use some updating like of beds, sheets (had a torn one that the staff exchanged, but everything seemed worn out.

The location is amazing beautiful water views. Close to shopping and food. Josh the breakfast guy was funny. Jen the late night desk lady was a real blessing to us. Jen thank you for your kindness! All staff was kind and friendly.

Stoney creek hotels are a Long time favorite of mine, I feel as though these older hotels are getting a bit run down. I hate to even say it! Also it would be nice if there were outdoor loungers to lay in the sun, the cement isn't very comfy.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, it was amazing!!! The fireplace was wonderful and all the furnishings were very nice. The walk in shower with stone floor and walls was so very nice. We will definitely be back, would definitely recommend!! The price was very affordable for this type of room and amenities!

The breakfast was so so, biscuits and gravy would be a nice addition. The potatoes were cold

Came for the junior high state track meet. Was so impressed with the staff. They were so courteous and PATIENT with all the different athletes there. The facilities were so clean and our 7 rooms were fantastic. I especially liked the bunk bed room to put 6 athletes in there. Breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Loved there was an ADULT ONLY hour at the pool from 10-11. Absolutely great experience.

The chorine smell and vapors in the pool area were strong (but we at least knew it was clean especially with many middle school kids in it) I wish breakfast started a bit earlier in instances like this instead of 7 because we had to rush to eat but the breakfast options were EXCELLENT

Gr8 staff, friendly welcoming👍 accommodating. I was a smile always an answer:-).. plan on spending several more days in the future at Stoney Creek Hotel. Great location! Quick access to access to local disc golf courses and beauty of the area. Hope to be back in August for our PDGA tour👍✔

I can be a pretty picky guy, really insanely particular on occasion. The manager makes. An immediate and positive impression. If I could clone him and his attitude I could rule the world. All staff very courteous and helpful knew it was going to be a great stay! I can't discount any part of my stay at Stoney Creek, the place ain't perfect it's 17 years old, but WE had a perfect stay. Congratulations to the staff and management 14000 cars:-)

The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. It's a very nice and charming place with unique decor {mainly fishing type items} And easy access to the casino and interstate. We've stayed here multi[le times.

As I tried to set another booking, the prices per room doubled in price for the our dates selected. The decision to book elsewhere was very easy.

I absolutely LOVED it! The location was perfect! It's beautiful right near the lake for beautiful evening walks. The pool was warm and fun! I cant wait to go back! The staff was friendly and fun! Stoney creek you made my 32 anniversary Thank you! Loved the swim through pool!

The only thing I didn't like was there was not one single lounge chair near the pool! I would have loved to lay in the sun at the swim through pool.

Loved the property and they were overbooked so we got an upgrade that was a pleasant surprise the only thing was cobwebs and dusty on the upper part of the room but all in all it was a very pleasant stay

The hotel allowed us to bring our two small dogs. They had free breakfast with our stay. We were able to meet with friends at the hotel in the bar/ eating area that was open rather late.The staff was great!
