The room was clean & comfortable. It was quiet so we slept well. We stayed there because we were visiting our daughter. We did not use the amenities because we were out quite a bit.

We asked for help controlling the room temperature and the staff person was not very nice about it. She spoke to my daughter in a sarcastic tone. Also, we asked for more towels and we were told that we would have to come down and get them. That is fine, but there was a cart with supplies right outside of our door. Maybe these are changes due to COVID?

Very accommodating after the first hotel I booked through booking.com was full and no one told me until I got there.

I had to book this hotel because booking.com failed to contact me to let me know they overbooked the original hotel I was supposed to stay at. I received a confirmation email but had no room. The Hampton INN was great but booking.com is terrible. I still don't have my refund from the room I was supposed to get. Very disappointed

I was first hesitant booking this hotel by looking at the room and property photos, but after reading the positive reviews and close distance to the casino we gave it a shot. I’m happy we did and I really would like to point out that the photos don’t do this property justice and should be updated. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast and plenty of choices.

The bathtub in the bathroom has seen its years and some of the tiles on the floor are loose.

Breakfast was good and there was a woman at the desk in the evening that was wonderful.

Being in the parking lot of the casino, but it was fine and we were a close enough drive to the places we needed to be so that was good.

Breakfast had lots of variety and was plentiful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as needed. Beautiful river is in view across the parking lot. (And a casino)

No refrigerator or microwave. Compared to most Hampton Inns, this motel seems older and well-used.

The second room was good and comfortable

The first room I was giving was so dirty and I was able to see diet every where on top of fridge was so bad that I put clean me on top and it was thick dirt on top and the bathroom looked like a quick wipe down and floors needed vacuum they was bad. Dresser was covered in dirt and dust too.

The breakfast was excellent. Real food, not processed. And the location was on point. Very close to where I was going

My room was o the backside of the hotel. My window view was a truck terminal. I understand how the industry works as it related to third-party booking companies and how rooms are blocked. No complaints from me, I got a very good rate. Hampton Inn will be my hotel of choice.

The Frontage Road To Access The Fine Facility Was A Bit Difficult To Navigate With A Dusk/Evening Arrival; A Bit Of Additional Lighting/Illuminated Signage Will Handle This Deftly!

Facility was very clean and staff very friendly. We were there only one night but we would stay there again

Web site says there is a hot tub and jacuzzi. However when we checked with the front desk, they did not have either. I also thought that the breakfast could have been expanded to include a few more things

Breakfast options were phenomenal, with different selections on different days, usually with multiple at a time. The bed was very comfy.

There was a broken floor tile that was slightly loose in the bathroom. Also the shower walls looked like they were supposed to be a marble design but instead looked more like someone had just scuffed them with their shoe in lines every two feet up the wall.
