Great location across from the Peoria Civic Center. Property is currently under renovations - our room had recently been renovated. It was clean, bright and had thoughtful touches like interesting art. The bathroom sink had a great light around the mirror. Pool was clean and front desk brought us extra towels when we noted pool towels had run out. Breakfast was good for the price - biscuits and gravy, eggs, + the usual continental breakfast fare like cereal and fruit.

Renovation was in progress - the stairwells were unfinished, without carpet or lights on the lower floors. It made it very tough to climb the stairs, especially after dark. Hotel had implemented a wristband system for security, which reportedly was managed by the Fire Department, though I only ever saw FD personnel sitting in front of the tv in the breakfast room and my wristband was never checked. One of our towels had some sort of blue ink stain on it, though everything was clean.

The Ladies that provided breakfast were very accommodating! Made some waffle for sports team as they had to leave early on Sat for games.

It look like the weight room equipment was in poor shape and broken. Need to fix the weight strengthening leg machine. Pool room was freezing which made getting in the cold pool even worse.

I feel like at home when staying here. Internet is good, room is clean. Beside, there is a kitchen inside the suite. The location is 10 minutes away from Peoria International Airport. No traffic. Check-in time at the airport is very fast.

At the time we were there, they are renovating, so we didn’t have space in the lobby, everything was done outside.

The staff was so nice and pleasant and very respectful the breakfast was so amazing and also the staff that cook the breakfast did an amazing job.

The housekeepers need to check some of the rooms that hasn’t been use for awhile and go in just to dust them down and also, make sure the get every corner in the bathroom rooms and behind the toilet. Make sure to wipe everything down I mean everything needs to be wipe and dusted clean

Breakfast was great the kitchen last was really nice. They also allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Also full size fridge & microwave. Rooms were clean

Some areas of the hotel are ran down…. But we were told this morning they are renovating. That’s great to hear. Also the hot tub was out of commission

It was clean. Rooms were renovated and beautiful. Loved the shower accessibility. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Oddly, the pool was green? The pool area could have been a bit more clean, and there were no towels.

Loved how friendly and kind the staff were How nice big the suites were accommodating 5 of us very well 2 adults 3 kids. Room was pretty clean could of used a vacuum and window ledge cleaning but over all decently cleaned.

There was no meat on the breakfast buffet.. the soda fountain didn't work.. And in our room the shower head was one the worst I'd ever used

Kudos to Staff - WIll at Reception provided excellent service. Staff that prepared and served the great free breakfast were very nice.

Room facilities were just fair. THe bedding and towels were clean, but the furniture was worn, torn and dirty.

The location was perfect. There was a snafu and there was an over booking issue. I am not sure where the glitch was but the hotel staff was very friendly and was able to find us a room.

The overbooking issue. I honestly book through various websites often, as many others do and have never came across this issue. That being said, lesson learned I will call hotels from now on that was stressful, but again the staff took care of us and very helpful.

The hotel it's self is always great, and the breakfast is 10/10 for hotel type breakfast. Staff is always so kind.

I was sad to see the hot tub was gone.
