Beautiful property, great location. We had extreme heat outside and it seemed like our air conditioner couldn’t keep up. We were on the six floor.. we parked in the parking garage, but no one told us that we couldn’t pay at the kiosk and we had to back up the ramp and come back up to the second floor, walk across the sky walk, then back down two flights of stairs to the front desk, where he told me that all we had to do was hit the call button and they would let us through. I had to get out and assist the lady in front of me who did not realize that either.. It’s still a beautiful place and we’ll go back, A little bit more customer service at the desk would be a big help..

Lobby, desk gal had a room ready early which we really appreciated! Walked to Jim’s steakhouse- great place & civic center access.

You can’t help it but the empty spaces downtown across from your hotel. Sad. But a desk attendant recommended the excellent luncheon place at the other hotel a block away.

Location and front of house staff were extremely helpful.

I think the breakfast, the staff could be a little more professional, not major, but sometimes appearance and dealing with each other more than the customers, but in general they were always polite.

Beautiful clean comfy

Parking but know not much can be done about it . Also elevators close wayyyy to fast . We tried to get a bite to eat at the marketplace when we got up to register he ask us for a minute but didn’t come back we went to bed hungry room was cozy and comfy bathroom gorgeous

I loved the fact that the hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming on the eye. That is a big stickler for me. It was located downtown near restaurants and bars. The rooms were nice sized and clean.

I don’t like the parking fee. Parking should be free.

I loved the location to the civic center. The room was small but perfect for the 2 of us. We will stay again.

The shower didn't drain very well at all, ended up running out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We wanted to heat the room up after a cold night at the civic center, set the thermostat to 78 and I woke up super early freezing cold. Thermostat read 78 but felt more like 58.

The skywalk to the Civic Center. The manager is an awesome lady. I was charged twice, she fixed it. The next morning I was charged again. She assured me it would be fixed by tge auditors.

The moldy shower curtain. Got to love when people don't do their job correctly.

My Room did not match the description on the website. I wanted a King Bed, but got a 2 double beds instead. I didn’t complain. And it was fine. But not what though. Website said “this unit has one bed”

Room comfortable, great towels!

Restaurant, food was not great. Unable to check in online like Hiltons, and a long line to check in.... not fun. Better use of technology would be good. Likely will book directly with hotel site next time.

Location, desk staff, atmosphere, great water pressure in shower, toilet was normal adult height not toddler height like so many are

Mattress-way too soft, dry air - air/ furnace ran a lot and was loud
