Close by the Casino

Every time I stay more than 2 to 3 days, I ask for housekeeping. I don't get it. This Comfort INN doesn't have enough help. You can't run a HOTEL with one worker on each floor. This is insane. I may have to look elsewhere. My friends ask me why I continue to stay there.

The room was spacious, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great ,pool area nice. Walking distance to several restaurants and casino. I would stay here again.

For me the automatic bright light in the bathroom. The bathroom sensor lights stays on 5mins after you leave the bathroom.

The rennovation of this property has been wonderfully done. No skimping and exceptional for the price point. Hard to believe it but the owners were able to put four lamps where you would want them in the room with the same color quality, a sitting chair, desk chair, microwave and mini-fridge, and king bed all matching. Quiet and secure this will be our travel overnight go to when passing thru. Well done, proving it can be done and should be expected as a standard.

The desk attendant on the morning shift was a bit streched to keep up with the breakfast crowd in addition to the desk duties. That said, there were eggs and sausages available in addition to the standard carb-fest.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast had a good variety to fill the bellies of my family. For the value, would stay there, again. Staff gave recommendations for restaurants.

Heater in pool was not working. Huge letdown for the kids. Some stains on the bedding. Would love if comforters got washed between guests. That’s is a “gross” factor, especially with Covid. Not enough seating for breakfast.

Location - close to interstate and not far from downtown. Warm continental breakfast options. Public areas looked updated even though you can tell it’s an older hotel.

No matter how much you try to cover, old smoking rooms will ALWAYS smell like cigarettes. I’m never happy about that. I’m highly sensitive to cigarette smoke and the first thing I noticed when I opened out door was smoke.

The room still needed to be upgraded. Very dusty behind the refrigerator. At the time, I was there only 1 housekeeping per floor. I had to ask for towels. I had the extra services.

Everything went well. The hotel was great.

I left items there. It was my fault. The staff held them for me and I am going back to get them. What great folks the hotel has.

The boys really enjoyed their pool experience. Staff was friendly and our check in went smoothly. The property was well-maintained and the room was clean and worked out well for our needs.

The property was a little far from our family visit.

Breakfast was ok, but night clerk was exceptional you drink machine was out of water and he heard my wife say she needed bottled water so he went and got his and gave it to her and wouldn’t take any money. Very nice young man this was at 12:30 am. Ty

The first night of my journey and the hotel was fine, the location was great near 2 casinos just what I wanted. Breakfast was fine a bit better then other places.
