I was beyond impressed with this hotel. I did not have much experience with the IHG brand, typically only Marriott, and I saw things at this hotel that I've never seen with that brand. I loved how the pillows were labeled soft and firm, the bathroom was very clean and the room was perfect and quiet. Honestly, it was the best night sleep I've had in years. The bed was so comfortable! I will be a future customer to the IHG brand from now on.

The girls loved swimming. Also getting the coupons for $20 off on both rooms for breakfast was awesome.

Got woke up at 3am Sunday morning by group parked right in front of entrance. They had all doors open with music playing extremely loud. Two girls dancing on the roof of the vehicle yelling and singing. Went on for about 30 min, woke all of our group up. We thought our windows were open, it was so loud. They finally got down and pulled out just when we were finally ready to call the police

Friendly staff, invested in why we were in the area, walking distance of Hard Rock Casino.

Pool lighting was a little off putting but otherwise fine, though I must of missed the sign and was a little surprised at the fact they were closing the pool at 9pm, also getting rid of the old controls for the hot tub; my wife and I mistakenly thought the hot tub was elsewhere in the pool area.

Did not have breakfast at motel.

My room was absolutely wonderful. King size bed with 4 fluffy pillows so comfortable it was hard to get out of it. Mini fridge and Microwave worked like dream. Loved the big bathtub that I could stretch out in (I'm5'3"). Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Some went above and beyond. I actually extended my stay for another day. If I'm in Rockford again this will be my hotel.

Breakfast times sucked because I couldn't get there in time. I PAID EXTRA for that.

Location was great.

There were a couple pests (fly and other bug) that seemed to pester in the bathroom. I kept that light on and fortunately they stayed in there. They were annoying but not an infestation or anything like that. I also thought the shower water pressure was very low and the sink seemed to drain slowly. Not extreme, but you asked and perhaps both could be improved.

The staff was so willing to help and be accommodating. I had to call down to ask how to use the thermostat as the room as chilly and they came up and showed me how to work it. They went above and beyond.

I didn’t find the bed comfortable but that is mainly due to personal pillow preferences and nothing negative from the facility.

The quality of the mattresses and pillows, nice sized room ( had two queen beds ), shampoo and conditioner dispensers, extra towels ( we had 3 adults and there was towels for 4 ). Cleanliness of the whole room! Two elevators. Large lobby.

Body wash dispenser in the tub/shower was almost empty ( hard to get product out ).

We came to town for a show at the Hard Rock. I was concerned with getting to the show from the hotel, but getting there was so efficient and easy! The hotel was very clean, and we loved the bonus of having the restaurant attached. Great food and drinks there!

The restaurant Bar connected very open very clean. The ladies at the desk were excellent

The carpet on the floor in my room was very poor quality it was worn out it would look like something you would see in a third rate Hotel everything else was nice nice bathroom nice everything but I was carpet which you walk around in your socks and bare feet I didn't want to do that it might have been clean but it was worn out and you need to invest in updating your 20 year old carpet
